I even tried to see other of his posts- in case at some point he said hey i need a this or that - then maybe i wd remeber but it wsnt this month apparently- since it is not in my transactions-

Maybe saying this doesn't help, but try to stay calm. It's a misunderstanding. It may even be a mistake on his part (I mean, creating that file).

I know it's scary, but you know you didn't do anything to harm anyone else.

I know a woman who can never find the icon to her web browser because she is always clicking it and renaming it without realizing it. Maybe this guy clicked on that file when he thought he was typing his password into the SL client.

God i hope so and i think i might have an inkling now - see this thread here - /327/e1/319696/1.html#post2419310

He was asking about build stuff - i have a folder full of build stuff- like rulers and grids and such and just drop it on people when they need help - i have a very vague recollection of doing that- unfortunately- it was on may 7th that i responded to his post - and to be honest, I dont always remeber to save my trasactions :o so i can chk from home- but i might not have any prove that that is what it was - in any case i am sure i didnt - never in a million years- do anything to hurt anyone - omg :(

I am thinking it mightbe best to not help people - it can bite you - i remeber the guy that was asking for ground covers not long i sent him one and he refused it- nevermind that mine sell on xstreet for a couple hundred lindens - and that moron with the excel shee tcrap ages ago= i need a crying icon :((

OK- here is the thing- the guy that posted the passwrod uncovered thread seems to believe that SOMEONE somehow "deposited a folder on his Desktop" and the name of said folder is the guys password. Ok- fine i glanced at the thread but since i have nothign to offer i ignored it. Then i log into sl and find an IM from him- very politely worded that said I was that someone!!! I quick go ton Live Chat with LL and they told me file an abuse report using the name as Governor Linden because neither the guy nor i really did anything to each other- so- i sent a copy of the IM to LL- yes I know it is not 'proff' but it's what i got- and a link to the OP's thread. I im'ed the guy saying i havent a clue - and i ahve since been sitting here extremely distraught and not feeling real good and fighting the impulse to go inworld and delete my entire friends list- and yes that over reacting but get emo at times :(
