I love all the pics, but Lula's made me giggle!

I wasn't doing well with the day's theme so I gave up and went with what was on my mind. Forum chat about the new continent name, and chat about combat sims being adult got me in a Star Wars mood (it happens, and doesn't take much prodding). So first I let the geek flag fly:



And then, I decided to explore the sex and violence (oh my!) side of Sci-Fi geekdom :cool: ;) :





Where do I fit in, I wonder? Hmmmm, am I adult content?

While I enjoy the underwear show, might I put in a request for a fantastic fantasy show for tomorrow's picture theme? Something along the lines of "your most outrageous av?" Just my taste, I realize...

Who the heck stole my warm weather? It did not get out of the 50s yesterday and the high will only be in the 60s today. And there is freakin fresh snow in the mountains. It is June, damnit.

Good morning, everyone. Thanks for breakfast, Mo -- I really needed it early today. It looks to maybe be the 'meeting day from hell' here, which will greatly interfere with me getting my actual work done. :(

Morning everyone! Getting myself together for my first day at the new job. I don't have to be there until 2pm, probably because today will be a "meet and greet" kind of day. Get me settled and logged into their system kind of day. I'm grateful for that, eases me in without having to be there the whole day, and then only a couple of days before the weekend hits. Feels like a less stressful way to start things off. Luckily, I'll have the whole month to train with the woman who is leaving the position, so the transition should be smooth and painless for all involved.

So, I'm going to say farewell for now, as far as posting during the daytime is concerned. I know I won't be able to, certainly this month and doubtful at all. I share space with another person, and while we don't sit literally on top of each other, we are close to each other and my desk is right outside the office of the partners. Add in that it's designed as open office space and well, does not seem likely that I'll be able to spend any time here at all. I'm sure I'll be around in the evenings here and there but even that has gotten minimal since Ghosty and I have other things that call our attention when we get home at night. Come to think of it, we haven't experienced us both working at the same time yet, since I lost my job just as he got his. Should be interesting.

I'm here for a couple of hours, but then over and out. Those who have my private email, (if you want it, feel free to ask) please get in touch with me if this thing shuts down out of the blue so I know where you all went to :)
