From: Amaranthim Talon Soooo.... Husband just called me. He arrived home and after greeting dogs and putting stuff down he heard a light call of, "..excuse me... excuse me.." My mom had fallen at some point and was laying behind the sofa table where she had dragged her self trying to get up.  My mom is 86 - she slipped on some water and ouch! - I don't know how long she was down there  Fortunately he did come home or gosh the poor thing! She isn't hurt other than a bruised knee but she is really ouching Poor mommy. I think i need to get one of those 'help i've fallen' thingies - Wow, that WAS good luck that she is ok Amara. AT 86, bones are so darn fragile she really could have been seriously injured. I just found out my Aunt broke her hip this past weekend; was laying on the couch, got up, fell and that was that. She lay there overnight no less, until her son happened to call the next morning and she eventually managed to crawl to the phone after several attempts. She's the same age as your mom Getting her something which she can wear on her, would be worthwhile.

Your poor mom, Amara! I hope she feels much better very soon. I can't believe I missed Ghosty's showings this weekend. I was much busier with rl family and SL work than I expected. And somehow I lost the LM too - so I couldn't even go over later. I did go to the gallery in your pics, though Ghosty and I admired and enjoyed the work there very much.
