Well, one of your esteemed colleagues invited to me to tp over to her (undisclosed) location last night. OK, so I accepted and popped into the middle your reception in a pair of tight green jeans and my RFL Clothing Fair 2009 T-shirt! I guess she took pity on me and fixed me up immediately with a cute blue dress and shoes. I hope I didn't embarrass anyone...I sure wanted to crawl under a rock for a few minutes there! Wish I could have been there. I arrived in world late. Didn't want to wander into the place at an important moment. And so missed it. Sounds like it went well.

I seem to miss activites (that '50s party is the first I've been to in a long time)..

Aww, sorry you didn't come, Lexxi. :( People arrived all evening...and the landing point was in a "safe" place, so when anyone arrived late...they could wander over at their own pace.

I missed that 50s party, Lexxi. :( And you looked great! The hangout had been really well decorated, too. :)

Hi, all. The performer formerly known as SJackB Northman wishes to announce that she is now and henceforth will be known as Jackie Silverfall. Lin Kidd was kind enough to send me the Landmarks for my properties (which she better have done, since she told me that I should change my name), and with the help of my laptop sitting beside my server I've been doing a pretty good job of moving my "stuff". Amazing how much junk one can accumulate in just 2 weeks! Hello to all! Jackie.

We are going to try to start having dances and other events at least monthly, more often of we can get people to host/sponsor. And spontaneous parties happen all the time. The girls regularly have group shopping trips.

Oh, I meant to tell y'all that I talked with Kaimi earlier this evening. :)

She's been having the devil of a time with some nasty headaches which really laid her low. She's much, much better now...but now her internet's out! :(

Kaimi asked me to say hello to the Threadies for her, and to tell you that she misses us all, a lot.

(and that her husband was making a fabulous Indian dinner this evening as they were having dinner guests. :p)
