ooh! i can't get my hubby to join. i even tried tp convince him with some advice given recently, and that wouldn't do it. he thinks "SL is gay". if my hubster was here, you'd never see me again! :D

i WANT to have so much fun - he's such a party pooper. :(

LOL!

We have different wants and needs in SL. We partnered for about 3 wks when he first came inworld...and it became apparent that while we work together pretty well in RL, SL was a completely different story :)

He does his thing, I do mine. Both have the other's blessing to "fully live" their SLife...but what happens in SL, *stays* in SL.

I have fun with him all the time in real life. We both work out of the house. I have my SL business and projects and he has a small video production company, is vice president of a small non-profit that has a group home for foster youths, and plays in two bands. We both talk to each other about what we're doing all the time. When someone on the phone asks for Kaimi or I email him a picture from SL he's not phased. Whenever he happens to see my SL self on my computer screen he always says, "that looks just like you," in a way that makes me laugh but is kind of flattering too.

My son on the other hand got me into SL and I've probably spent as much time with him in world as in real world in the last couple of years. It's the kids who live farther away I'd like to see come to SL! In fact for me a "G" rated grid that my grandkids could come to would be great.

Incidentally....I'm going to mention this in passing. By allowing me to live my life as I choose, fully knowing what all that can and occasionally does mean, he get some *koff* additional benefits out of it, if you get my drift ;)
