Skins I'm ok with, I've been collecting them already. I joined a couple of the same groups that Elora is under (Cupcakes, Tuli for example) that give out lots of free ones, plus the others I know about too. The only problem is I that Queen is darker skinned than Elora, so I'm still trying to find the "exact" fit which expresses her personality best. Dark tans seem to be doing the trick thus far.

Thanks Lil, for all I know maybe I have this but probably wouldn't be transfer. I'll go over there today to pick it up for Queen I love Lemania's things, always a lot of "extras" in her clothing.

Ok- one crown coming up - as for skins- I find it just isn't me if it isn't the skin i am always in. I wear a Sylphide Lust Light from 2006 i think if not 2007 - it was from a Cancer charity and though I have others, it really is the only one I wear that is the true me.

I just picked up a beautiful tanner one that was a freebie at Eros that I do like a lot, except the makeup is a little heavy around the eyes- other than that it is nice, sort of a tanner version of the Sylphide- except for the eye makeup- i mean it is close to me. Hera wears an awesome one I searched high and low for that is so very much close to the one she was born with other than definition that u wd think it was made for her. Shapes and skins so define us - for me at least. I was just in PP tweaking that Amaranthim- I need to go back into SL nd write down my numbers, then see about learning skinning so I can make me look right - that or see if someone has uploaded skins.

Essentially so similar- except the bought skin has much more detail like in the tummy and legs - and is paler b comparison.

Puupy had his rabies shot this morning and had his first face to face with a cat....i'm sure the cat will be fine. He's going to spend the afternonn with his brother, who my girlfriend owns, while I get my nails done and do some shopping.

That lighter tone seems better for Hera, I have to agree. More etherial, a softer look which goes more with her nature.

I have a Slyphide, one of my favs. Elora has a lot of skins she wears, I'm fluid with them because I have other personalities I "wear" (Neko, Pixie, etc.) so I play around with skins frequently but usually keep them quite light.

For Queen, I'm going to strictly keep her Latino looking as much as posible, so finding good dark skins is important. Many just don't look very good, and I've discarded a lot so far.

My martian is always the same too. I mean, you can't have a martian that has fair skin you know? She's green, always hehe. Took me a while to find the perfect skin for her however. Ann suggested I go to Mia Snow and she had exactly what I needed. I'd been wearing something sort of blue/gray which is lovely but not quite right, then went to SinSkins for a green one, which was good but also not what I was hoping for. The Mia Snow has that elusive alien feeling I was hoping to find.

It's amazing how the right skin, can make or break what you want to accomplish with your avatar. For some people, it may not matter but for others, who really identify with their ava on some level, it's very important.

Mia Snow is fantastic Oryx. The green one I have, is really kind of reptilian, but comes in about 4 versions so the reptile look increases in each version. The one I got for my martian was the least snakey looking of all of them. She also gives out some great freebies now and then. During Xmas, there was a beautiful blue frosty one, just lovely.

And [42] skins has a sale now... 42 L and that's cheap, yes? And not just that... but it's 4 different makeups for 42 L!

When I was in there last, they had some fantasy skins totally free. Purple, pink, blue, yellow skin....

I need to remind myself to check out if the Romi Juliesse free skin is still free. It was very soft and young looking. Nude, glossy lips, not much eyemakeup and fair skin with a nice blush.

Good morning all. I stayed up way too late, or early depending on how you look at it. So I didn't crawl out of bed until 9:30 - about a hour ago. Working on waking up with forums and coffee before getting started on laundry and bills.
