Lemania has a freebie Diva crown. At the back of the main floor, left of the stairs going down, there is a link to a Resting room and I think the crown is there - if not, it will be in one of the basement rooms probably.

True, but hopefully I'll be able to make it in the scheduled time. I'd even call and complain I havent showed up yet!!

I love how customers call in asking when I'll get there. Gee!! Lets see.... snow covered roads, 12 places to go, all 30+ miles apart, traffic, and the occasional problem that requires a 20-60 minute phone call to the Tech Support line....

LOL! I had one lady who thought we drove around with a truck FULL of parts like the Snap-On Tool guys.

OH HOW I WISHED!!!

Dell is very Stingy with handing out parts. We dont even get extra screws!!

BUT.... love 'em or Hate 'em..... From what I'm told, Dell is the only company that sends someone out to replace stuff instead of having you send it to them.

The most annoying part of my job: They tell every frickin' client that the tech will be there by 1PM.

So yea, keep that in mind when dealing with Dell Tech Support. ;)

BTW Folks.....

All the talk of LCD's got me to order one to replace my 19" Dell CRT.

The price was right- $189 w/ $20 rebate.

I'll keep the CRT around for when the LCD dies

At least on my desk, the TV & Monitor can work together as an extended desktop

i went to bed at a decent hour, but woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't go back to sleep. so me n hub got up, paid bills, i did some puter stuffs.... i've been awake for 4 hours already and ina couple of hours we have to go down to the city shopping. ugh i'm exhausted and i think i'll go back to bed. or is that a bad idea? LOL

Got to bed at 2 and woke at 8:30 - gonna go do housey stuff starting with pup walks. Bank, grocery kid to the library, cleaning- blech- then the Cartel shopping trip :D so- that's 12 PST right? which for my morning i havent had coffee yet brain means about 3 pm i think ....

I woke up this morning, and noticed it was a gorgey sunrise. The whole sky was deep red, but by the time I had gotten my camera - still not really awake, it had faded to an orangy color...


hehe, pretty skewed pic...but I took it sat on my bed and still half asleep lol. Right after I took the pic I went back to hiding under the covers.
