and as a good southern girl who was raised with chicken fried steak...can someone explain "chicken fried chicken.?" isnt it just fried chicken....lol

pounded down flat and cooked like chicken fried steak. and of course, the white country gravy is a requirement! YUM!

Applebees puts out a pretty good plate of it.

I think that should be called "chicken fried steak fried chicken". (Chicken that's fried like chicken fried steak.)

Holy crap. Well in my defense, I haven't been to a concert in years. Now I know why.:D Would never spend that much on a ticket to see anyone period,pfffft. Go watch a video on you-tube for free.:p
