Oh, you know how some folks regularly whittle down their post counts...

Um, weren't we just on the next page?

Edit: Oh, I am again. I think we just backtracked a few post numbers though.
Hell, we seem to lose posts every day now - it totally messes me up on keeping track of what I have read.

OK -I returned stuff as I pretty much verified when I could that it was not any of the artists or Designers I am currently hosting. There was one peep who had left 21 objects on my land that included a discarded "hand lamp" according to the description and your standard library chair... one that cracked me up was a sleep pose ball in the middle of the store... go figure But I still don't know what happened to my workshop.
just how much of other people's junk was lying around? Are you close to the limit? Sometimes it tells people they can't rez a new object...and sometimes it rezes the new object anyway and "rots" away something already there.

Fall and Spring are the best seasons - not too hot, not too cold, and either beautiful colors from things getting ready for winter or beautiful colors as things start blooming.

The MASH theme is another one that I play cranked loud on the computer. I burned my own CD of some of my FAVs recently - the MASH theme and the Enterprise theme are 1st and 2nd on it.

Thanks, I figured you might like it. but I do disagree...I always felt that Enterprise Theme was mediocre at best. Too syrupy and formulaic. Now MASH is a classic, especially when the lyrics are sung, they are quite evocative.

Someone's been in my house, taking pictures of my weirdo cat!

It seriously looks just like him, right down to the odd sleeping position.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Kelly Clarkson - Breakaway is another one of my "impact/meaning" songs on that CD.

What can I say? I have a syrup side :D And yes- the MASH lyrics are awesome..
And though I know the theme-topic (topic???) is ST - I have to throw B5 into the mix- yes it's true tht it never wd have been had it not been for ST blazing the trail (and other immortals like Time Tunnel, etc)- but wow the B5 shows and movies will always live on as the classics they deserve to be. So much spirit and pathos- adventure, courage, pettiness- everything that makes us Human - even the bone plated or oddly coiffed alien humans :)

And Brenda- while ur considering the two Dicks, Sargent and York - I offer Michael York just cause I always had the hots for him - those cheek bones, the accent, his hair :)

Amara you have to visit the B5 sim if you haven't already. it really is a great bit of work. And I agree, it equals and in some ways surpasses Star trek with me in scope and vision, mainly because it had a finite story arc. Once Sheridan came on board and the Shadow War started it was absolutely compelling, a rare case where I made time to watch a TV show. I enjoyed DS9 and TNG in the same way, when the stories had room to play out.
