I'm either gonna have to push it back to the same time on Sunday, or pass it over to someone else. I'm trying to figure out which is best.

A Group Shopping Trip has been arranged for Saturday 27th September 12pm(noon) SLT. Still finalising the shopping list, but it looks like its gonna be for skins.

Of course, now I'm unsure about the date, but defo this weekend

ok. well, i dunno if i'll be around at noon SLT, but if i am i want to go. i dont need a skin, but if i see one i like i might do it. i'm getting sort of bored with my look, even though the idea was to be as close to RL as possible. maybe i can get 'closer'. i have never been skin shopping since i bought this one i have now.

Well I think some of the stores will have other items than skins in, so it might be worth people coming along anyway.
Plus, If you are gonna be later then people can send a group IM asking for a tp...thats what we did last time anyway.

Yes, I was going to go to the shopping trip but now I must shake my fist at Claire for changing it to the following weekend. Hope I can come then, it's my brother's birthday and he has the mad idea of getting this band "Almost Queen" to play there (he's friends with the lead singer and apparently the group is not your regular cover band, they are actually well respected). We'll see if that pans out or not.

I will be inworld Saturday evening however, as I have an event to attend. First time I'll be there for anything other than rezzing a box or trying to win a skin on a lucky chair in weeks. I do sneak in now and then, usually early in the morning before I leave for work to take care of IM's and stuff. But only stay for a few minutes at best.

Life has been quite interesting without SL. Some excellent and surprising turn of events. Lets us just say that the recent thread about finding a man in SL, has turned what was a casual "whatever" here (I could never quantify it to anyone)into a serious RL relationship for me (shades of Trout and Oryx) I'm sure many of you can guess who it is (many already know for sure) and if not, you'll just have to keep on wondering

If there's a notecard, that might explain why my soon-to-be ex was suddenly bombarding me with emails this past week

/me faints. You have to try on new skins!! So much fun. It's like playing "make-up" -- which I love to play when I was a little girl -- only this way, the makeup is a whole lot easier to remove.

Even if you don't want to buy any more skin ever, it's still fun. You could pick out the silliest skin you could find and try the demo for 0 or 1 Linden. It's pretty amusing!!! (but then, I am easily amused. )



If Sunday works better for you, Claire, then Sunday should be!! After all, you're the reason we're coming! (or at least, *I* am looking forward to seeing you inworld...and I get to see other peeps, too! (AND did I mention this is shopping????)
