It was my SL birthday a couple of days ago, though I didn't notice until today. I'm a year old! Time for 3 minutes of self reflection. And I find that I spend much less time socializing with different people these days than I did at the beginning. I wonder why that is.
How about you? Do you find yourself socializing more or less over time, and why? _____________________

uh oh...what happened? my whole SL business existence is supported by 2 campers. the spots i have are going away, so unless i can find 2 new spots that are 'just mine', i don't forsee my paying membership and tier anymore.  |

I'd post a pic of my town but, well, 1 stoplight towns aren't that exciting. They had the 175th Town Anniversary last week. Nobody outside of town even knew we had stuff going on- like a parade and a festival down by the riverfront. Ok, the Festival sucked. 6 "tents" of groups or companies that aren't even IN town. 2 or 3 food stands. And local bands- mostly polka, country & oldies. Only 1 interesting thing: The town was at one time renowned for being the major manufacturer of Kiln Bricks for the Steel Industry. i'd still like to see a pic. it sounds charming and quaint, and peaceful. |
