Do you let people see where you are on the map?

Only close friends. They know that if I'm a lone dot on the map or surrounded by a lot of other dots its OK to pop in. Only two dots... IM first.

Strongly depends.
My RL/SL partner and our alts can track me and vice versa, and in some rare cases a "friend" because it's more convinient at that time (a project e.g.) (i clear it out though, when it's not needed anymore)

BTW. same counts for mod rights on my objects..

Only the Llama can see where I am. However, I've never used the feature. Anytime I need to be where he is, we still use the TP.

No, because I can't see a reason for it.

I guess one thing I don't want SL to simulate (not the only thing) is the fact we're all visible from space now, live via satellite. Wave!
