Yes i was on the land at the time but I didnt crash any sims or grief anyone. i protected myself when i was called a whore and a slut by the neighbours and also told several other disturbing things. i also filed an abuse report with no response. As far as i can see i went about the matter in the appropriate way and still got suspended, tell me how thats fair.
On questioning my suspension for 3 weeks i got no reply from lindens as to why. I feel if this incident was investigated properly there may have been a different outcome.
As for labelling Mako a Griefer i have never seen him do anything but help people.
What the neighbours did to him that day was uncalled for and i am a witness to that, why not grow up and talk to him like adults instead of making childish threats and Grossing people out with your nasty and abusive behaviour. wonder what neighbor called u that .....i have all the chat log files of what happened i just looked them over and i dont see that anywhere but i do recall seeing you with the scripted item in your hands maybe that is why u were suspended and the only one that was making threats was mako and yourself.... your neighbors did not call you any childish names infact no words were said to you unless it was the popup to ban your other avatar... maybe it was the ones coming from your own keyboard you are talking about? saving a griefer is a nobal cause wonder how many Land owners or residents who have experienced being greifed would join your cause.... i dont think to many Krystal you may want to refer to the TOS on Harrassment and maybe next time follow it and you wont be suspended P.S. the neighbor did nothing but build on his own land which he is allowed to do *Shakes Head* |

No your not a Linden but you and your friend have stated many times that you have the Lindens at your disposal, there are many witnesses to you saying this so why havent you been banned for violating TOS???
3 Weeks is how long ive waited for an answer not how long i got suspended for, but i reckon you already knew that.

They have previously tried to get me to sell my land, which I have refused. I have 2 skyboxes on my land, basically just platforms. Two weeks ago my lovely neighbours decided to aggrivate me by annexing structures to my skyboxes. When I asked why they responded, "because we can". I took matters into my own hands to stop their childish antics and consequently received a two week suspension. I regret doing this of course and not going through the AR channels, but as I have discovered throughout this fiasco, getting some kind of response thorough the support system or AR reports is useless. Unless of course you have Lindens at youre disposal as my neighbours have assured me they do. Anyway I get my account suspension lifted about 2 days ago. As soon as I log in at home they are waiting for me and start to surround my skyboxes in blank prims. I report abuse and nothing. They get onto their contacts and hey presto, my account has been disabled. No email advising me why, nothing. I think this stinks, how bout anyone else?
Candy (aka Mako Davidson) Well, obviously the AR process isn't Flawed, because when you Chose to Grief rather than use the correct process yourself, a prompt reply was obtained by those You Griefed. Had you used your head, then YOUR AR would have been the one to get prompt relief. I'm sorry, but YOU chose your Path, You chose to believe all those people who Portray the AR system as innefectual ONLY to discover it wasn't as useless as you thought. Angel. |
