Totally Dissapointed

Doesn't sound like a fun place to live, I'd break it up into pieces and sell it to advertisers (possibly at an inflated value due to the obvious desperation of the neighbors, possibly not). Guaranteed they'll eventually get bought out by the neighbors who hate the ads and balance will be restored in the universe.

Its just land, there aint no shortage of options out there.

Why not put your land for sale as one lot at a high (but not ridiculously high) price. If they want your land that badly they will pay you. If they trouble you, add a bit to the price and they will still pay. If they own 95% of a whole sim they are big SL spenders anyway, so throwing a few thousand L$ your way would be nothing to them.

You should be able to get a similar area elsewhere for your sky structures and still have a nice lump of cash left over.

bottom line is this...

if u have lindens i.e. you own sim, u are paying whatever so much a month to LL. Money overrrides everything... anything for the oh'mighty buck.

Well 1st thing, they do not own the land they rent. Also, yes it is the same person, he just happens to have tons of alts. Or as he called them many friends. He had his main account booted and several alts deleted for major violations. It all started the day he decided to test his spamming particle weapons on the sim. He barley tells the truth of what really went down.
But the fact you got caught by the Lindens repeatedly crashing a sim with your sim crashing weapon. I think thats is main reason mako is gone. Live with your mistake and move on. Telling lies to the forum regulars really don't help much.

Reading this whole thread I'm confused.

Is Mako 1 or 2 people or is he/she a friend of who.

Is this person telling the truth, whats the post about 72 hours notice and he leases anyway.

If he leases anyway why didn't the landlord kick off in the first place.

Mako is a multitude of people ..many alts to grief that is what griefers do they make alts to save there main accounts but this time they made the mistake of using there main one and got caught red handed ....he has no sympathy from me ....all the right roots were taken to solve this there as no lindens in anyones pockets.... unless support portal and AR is considered having a linden in ur pocket then we all have that yes?
plain and simple this was a griefer trying to get sympathies cus there account was shut down due to there actions ....they got busted red handed

thank you lindens... Now we just need to get rid of the alts at the same time by blocking the IP so they cannot return and that will really make them think twice about causing havok on the grid

means there is shinanigans afoot and they are forgetting what they said . Personally it looks to me that they are an alt on a forum which makes sense if mako is banned they have to use another account. It is also more believable to me anyhow that they are one and the same. Usually the first telling is considered to be the most accurate when multiple versions come out of the same persons mouth ^^ (at least that is what they done taught me in school as the first time round you have not thought so much about it second time round you change your story to try to fit things that are happening and to hide stuff meh just a bit of "book learning" coming through I should probably ignore that ^^)

Like someone said above, uncheck the create objects, object entry, and run scripts so only group members can do it. Since they only 95% of the sim, I'd also put up the Red No Entry wall (have an avatar access list and make sure group members are checked also).

Also, take snapshots whenever they do something and keep them on your hard drive as proof to what they are doing to cause you to retaliate.

Last year someone was gobbling up the sim I was on. I priced my 1024 parcel for five billion Linden, set rotating ads for his competitor and left to explore SL for a month. When I got back he was selling off.

Ok and whats this have to do with anything? Read the thread folks. He got banned because of his own actions. No one tried to bully him, or buy his land. He dose not even own it.

Thats Right He was the one bullying because he did not like where his neighbors were building on there own lands. You cannot tell someone where to build if they are within there own lands.They wouldnt give into him so he decided to start crashing the sim and he got caught by Lindens doing it and recieved his punishment as due him
