The future perfect tense is used especially after the conjunctions quand, apres que, aussitot que, des que and tant que with the future or future perfect in the main clause.

From my French grammar review :/

The Church supported fundamental education, and the Fourth Lateran Council of Rome (1215) instructed bishops to establish in every cathedral teaching positions in grammar, philosophy, and church law.

This is the first Google translation I've tried that seems to make some sort of sense :)

[...]English is funny that way, it's all a bunch of colloquialisms in suits and ties pretending they didn't start out as slang.

This is such a great line! You should write a book and make sure this gets on p.56 - 5th sentence or not.

That's not a sentence. It has no verb.
This sentence no verb.

The only book anywhere near me doesn't have 56 pages- but the last page has this to offer:
"A black tea with the scrumptious 'cookie like' flavor of almonds and cinamon bits, especially tempting sweetened with rock cane sugar and a splash of milk."

I hope you meant sentence not line of type.

"Under the Constitution state governments have "powers" or "authorities" but never "rights."

Maybe page 56 from the book on the nightstand would be more "Intriguing?"

"Biz."

William Gibson, Count Zero, Grafton Books, London, 1987.

Well, you asked for it. It isn't a grammatically correct sentence but it starts with a capital letter and it finishes with a full stop, which has to count by modern writing standards. I'm not sure about the Potter book: the preceding paragraph is full of drammatic ellipses so it's hard to tell where the sentences start and finish. I decided this must be the fifth:

"'We're nearly there, Harry, we've nearly made it!' shouted Hagrid."

JK Rowling, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Bloomsbury, London, 2007.

It's true that a sentence must have a verb. That seems impossible when looking in parts catalogues. I tried a journal first, but it started at page 3241.

Now, you asked for this...

And in a post-scriptum note in his handwriting, it was stated that the Ode had appeared in the 'Gentleman's Magazine', December, 1782.

Well, I'm at work too and all my books are on a shelf across the office.. but if I grab the one that's nearest when I look across from my desk, it's:
