There wasn't anything to see. He was told to stay in one place and then to either log out or teleport to another sim. He chose log out. When he logged back in, it was done, whatever it was.

thanks to Char for my fix. It definitely wasn't intuitive and logging did nothing to help me  But it's done! THANK YOU CHAR!

To get my AV back to normal, I actually was told to use the Character tool, test female and then I was able to get my avatar back on again. About an hour later they rolled out whatever fix was needed and when I next logged on, I was normal still

*grins* Well, in the hubby's case, we had some problems on our end, although I am glad to report that his avatar stayed normal all the way through it. I had to reboot our router to make it let go of SL, because it was keep the connection open on his account.
