O_O You need to calm down a lil bit. I know I can b*tch about sl sometimes but even they can't help when they get bugs. Sure they're annoying, but it's hard to keep something as big as this up and running without glitches every now and then.

I try to use the downtime as good kharma. I've always wanted to do some image tweaking or brushing up on my profile and stuff, but with the client(s) running, the pc is mostly busy in itself so I never got around to anything really productive.

Btw doesnt linden have some testing servers to test out if everything is ok with updates and then uploads to active worlds....its kind of strange to test new stuff on user worlds :/

LL I am so in hope it finally comes all together to work for everyone.

I'd laugh too, (and have often through this forum, thank you all for helping time pass, and being such a great group of avatars to know), but am now wondering was there a time with few to no bugs? Is this always to be expected. Does this affect like IBM, or other's as them? How do they work around it for use of daily scheduled meetings, or too other institutions with classes which have set times/dates to proceed in SL, how do they have online class through SL when it is so often down, (at least down often since my birth, that being right when voice was coming in, and I did not join for the voice ability, the IM was quit fine for our needs, though I understand other's love it, maybe me in the future, but not until it works smoothly will we use it)?

Last night, not only did I crash but SL locked up my pc so it had to be shut down from the tower twice. Losing my pc as well $ to a game hardly seems worth it. They really need to get this one truly "resolved".

As for the forum I too am so enjoying the comments, as well new friends met, and the threads thoroughly. However I own 5 egroups, it's hard to keep up with alone, which I can chat for far less $ then currently invested in getting SL to work. Love you each as I have come to. I am not paying for forum use, (which I can do for free at most forums btw), I am paying for online game time, that would be nice to work in some of our RL work passions in connecting to others, and it is beginning to feel like this is not to happen, not with so many on going bugs.

I'll hang watching and hoping, but for now do not see how a RL business can use it with confidence of being there from day to day, 24-7 as needed. But that said, I would enjoy getting into the game with it running smoothly for a while, at a time when I am home to discover it. I could be very wrong, I so wanna be in this instance, only good consistent game time will tell, but patience is wearing thin in the waiting.

Being pretty new to SL, has this happened before, and for how long has it lasted? How long are the "no issue" game play time stretches or has it always been this buggy?
