BUT, the racers Can Win Prizes because it's a Race, not a game of Chance. Angel. I am pretty sure the wagering part will be the sticky one in any organized betting in SL. Then much like Real Life in the US - there will be lots of betting that is small scale and not organized that is ignored. Though how pony girls manage to race in those shoes .. thats a different issue. |

The amount of money may be small in real-world terms (or maybe not for some high-rollers), but it is gambling and subject to laws regulating gambling. Sex in SL is NOT real sex. Violence in SL is NOT real violence. This is not really that complicated. Nice poem though. |

Escorting or (roleplaying) basically what Escorting int he virtual world is anyways is NOT illegal and escorting in USA is not illegal ethier look in newspapers, Ad's TV, chat lines are all around in the real world its not illegal , only is illegal when you accept cash for sex and if there are minors involved but other then that Escorting is perfectally legal in the USA , look in the phone book theres tons of Escorting Agency's

Sexgens and XCites prohibited?. Honestly I wouldn't care at all if these were prohibited, although I think doing so would be a gross miscarriage of the liberty/freedom that was behind SL to begin with. Reason: sex for me isn't about clicking xcite attachments -- it's about grey matter between the ears. A restriction on this wouldn't impact my in-world libidinous pursuits one bit, to be honest. |
