From what I can tell of it (no, I'mnot DLing that LOL) the engine is a lot more limited than SL in what can be interacted by the Residents. Looks like the whole world is like a 3D porn site, complete with ads and stores for toys, chat rooms, DLing porn pics, etc.
With "platforms" like that popping up, no wonder every other n00b logs into SL asking "do u want 2 sechs?"

I would have had to buy black skin – which suspiciously costs the exact amount of Linden Dollars the Lab starts a new avatar off with. Not even money left for clothes. I would, in short, begin my second life black, naked and penniless. Doesnt one of the default male avatars have an african ethnic origin apearance now?
I know the defualt skins are tintable also. There are some excellent skins for black avatars in Second Life. The model on one of my male vendor pictures uses one of Chip's Black men's skins and I think it turned out very realisitic. However if thats the impression people get , perhaps Linden Labs should add a couple of default avatars of different heritage or else add some verbage to edit apearance to help them get better results. |

It is odd that he couldn't be black, because before I ever left OI I was a nice purple.. no skin needed. I'm pretty sure that all the colors were allowed, but that may have been changed to disallow certain colors now.
Can anyone who has recently joined, or created a ALT let me know if certain colors have been dis-allowed on OI? |

"uh...they're playing leapfrog..." Everyone thinks SL is all about sex because you can find BDSM and Gorean junk when you search for "helicopter" in the Places tab. Also, from the people I've met in SL, a vast majority of them aren't getting enough sex IRL so they go to SL where they can create anything they can imagine...however most with this issue lack imagine from what I've seen in SL's secks secktor. Sex sells and those lacking creativity resort to sex to sell their product. Look at the music industry. Look at most commercials and movies. It's the same formula all over modern Western Civilization. It just seems weird because most people at large find it odd to be aroused by a cartoon or computerized human representation...like me.
