From: Vampaerus Wysznik hey you guys made a Duck Tape(TM) couch for this thread, that's so cool and talented. /sits ...uhm, why is the couch mumbling??? Now, is it really "Duck" Tape or "Duct" tape? I've heard two stories, one is it was called "duck" tape because it's waterproof, the other that its really "duct" tape as it was used in the heating industry to seal heating ducts together.... so.. which it is? (this should add another 1000 posts...)

Actually duct tape was designed for that, but it sucked so bad due to changes in temp and moisture destroying the glue used that it was never really used for it.

Duct tape is the plastic only stuff, while the cloth backed stuff is called gaffing or race tape.

Salem, I think you doth protest too much.
It is scary to deal with all the freedom in SL and we often find ourselves attracted to things that we think will make us different...but this fear of the new and strange will follow you into FL and you will find eventually will create a life that will feel very very small and tight indeed.
Judgment vs. Freedom..hmmm
Essentially IMHO you failed the biggest challenge in SL...learning tolerance.
Feel free to come back after some more experience...the great thing is no one will judge you when you do.

I think she got the whole thing! *There were no pics of yogi running with a pie on the first 6 pages of image results so you will have to settle for him with a picnic type basket* Yogi is an OD. Remember that card game "Magic"? We should totally make one called "Panties". It could be all about Brenda's deviant adventures and have the level ups you describe. Think we could get rich?

Yes I have had some really bad experiences here and left a couple of times. I may leave again. I have also though, had bad experiences in rl too. It all boils down to being careful who you trust. There are times in this game I feel bored. And other times hurt. I guess they are all learning experiences. I do love to explore beautiful places here , to fly, and to pop into places all dressed up at a moments notice, things I cant do in rl. Creating things is nice and so is finding nice things others have done. Congrats on finding a fiance here. Best of luck to you.

From: Kaimi Kyomoon I could use the money... Me too! Instead of a standard playing card box or plastic wrapper, I say we package the cards in a case resembling the pocket from a pair of black hot pants. There could be Pokemon style duals where you throw down a set of poseballs and the most deviant set wins the round. Maybe the round loser has to go to a welcome area and grab a newb and use the poseball. This could be good for Second Life as well as our pocketbooks!
