Griefers gone to far

It must not be Possible to Roll Back a shared Sim then, Ah well, he can always rebuild. I always Keep copies of my Builds in my Inventory, So if an accident Happens, it takes me Ten Minutes to Fix it.

I would be Intetrested in Knowing Exactly how it was done, But TOS forbids discussing specifics of Exploits in the Forums. This is one i would Have to see to Fully Believe.

Lindens were asked by many people to help in this situation and all refused.. all you get is contact support via email... well when you contact support NO ONE ever answers EVER it was like pulling teeth to even get one to come and see an item on simon and toms land to check the script inside it.... by the time the linden arrived it had vanished.... i guess we were cutting into her play time and supporting the customers and residents of SL wasnt her priority. Just remember when your playing there is REAL people behind the avatars a thing that many in this game forget. I have also been a victim of such griefers many read and reply to these forums and you should be ashamed as should lindens for not having any support for the players in this game there is no excuse for this.... without your residents you would have NO PAYCHECK just remember that... Tom and Simon i hope you and everyone at wheelies is back in business soon and show these idiots that nothing can defeat your dreams

If this is accurate, sounds like a situation the media (in world and maybe out) would be interested in. There must be something that can be done to help him out.

I am starting to get more vistors I don't want to close off the place but I don't really want the bs that goes with having open lot or know much these days or waste prims on those red invisible lines.
I was at this camping spot a few days ago that got some weird green fog sent on all the dancers.
I thought it was part of the scenery and it was annoying I was almost about ready to leave and never come back when I asked about the green fog.
It was grief attack.
I didn't know it was.
I hate to have that happen.
I noticed someone has been able to send me bubbles on my property its not annoying but I didn't think that someone could do that without having accept to do scripts on my land and scripts build and edit terrian and push isn't allowed on property.

WHAT??? No...never seen that happen...I had no idea that was even possible w/ SL weapons. I'm surprised more kids dont have em then.

The "nukes" I've seen couldnt even get through my shields.

Yes there are SL weapons that can move prims. I have repaired a sidewalk several times becuse a tenant of mine is being greifed by bombers. The sidewalk prims just go everywhere and roof prims are angled differently and have to be replaced. I sent the pictures in with the name of the bomber as a abuse report. Even banning from a private island won't keep the bomber away.

The people that bombed and destroyed a venue associated with the handicapped should be considered as people that were involved in a hate crime and should be banned immediately. Will Linden Lab step up and deal with this appropiately? From what I've seen if it doesnt effect Linden Lab's bottom line (Voted 5 taking the CC info or hundreds of retailers rioting (copybot) LL will just wait for it all to go away.

My harrassed tenant was being pelted by fish last night. Then the greifers put a alpha prim blocking his entrance. He and his customers could'nt leave the store through the door. Being new players they panicked and turned on auto return to make it all stop.

The greifers actions made him wipe his own land. This happens quite frequently.

The sidewalk prims just go everywhere and roof prims are angled differently and have to be replaced.

These prims did not go "everywhere". They went back to the owners due to parcel return.

Crying out hate crimes is rediculous and feeds on more hate. I know Simon, he has a very good head on his shoulders and his handicap in no way makes him less reliable or responsible for his actions. Instead of inspiring more hate and making this an issue about it being a disability night club so therefore should endure more punishment...take a look at what the people involved it outright are telling you. You were quoted the returned message from one of those people yet to chose to ignore the fact that it was RETURNED BY OWNER in favor of creating a new issue about how he was targetted by some hateful person because he was disabled.

Disabled physically or not, Simon has his full brain in operation.

Kasi land owners turn on auto return and turn build off to stop replicating objects. Greifers don't always randomly choose their targets and ignorance is not a defense for them.

Whatever the true situation here is, and it sounds like no one really knows except Simon, I hope it all gets resolved. It's very unfortunate.

However posting exploits is always a bad idea. Bladyblue, would you please go back and delete the section you posted about how people manage to get past ban lists? That just basically gave a lot of potential griefers pretty easy instructions, if it actually does work.

In this case it was not autoreturned because the person had dropped something and left it there. This was an officer in the group that had helped create Wheelies. They were not disgruntled, have no way of "nuking" it out of existance. Please bladyblue, before you claim to know about ignorance of a situation, look at what you are assuming about what I have said. You assume Simon was a victim of an attack with no proof saying anything other than he returned the items to thier owners (who is still a freind of his). The items returned were not just temporary items, they were PART of the club.

One of two things happened here. Either Simon or his partner got sick of running the club and decided to return it all and start over....or someone who had permission to modify the clubs prims got pissed off and destroyed it. No bomber came and destroyed 678 prims with some supernuke.

I have not seen one thing from Simon here in this thread saying what happened from his point. I respect Simon as a friend and business man but this is just way to conincidental to the timing of him wanting to change wheelies into something else and the idea was rejected by the rest of the "staff".

OK. I did read in the notes for this update that this may be fixed this afternoon. We shall see.

Kasi, your all up in this guy's business. The thread starter said it was attacked and we were to respond to that. Your assumptions are no better than anyone elses. No need to blame the victim and spread your version of his personal activities and relationships in a public forum.

That you will need to talk to Travis about. Go back a few post's to where he posted the info. The guy with the forum avatar of the brian the dog. Hes a very nice guy and can set you up with a copy of the system with instructions on how to use it.

By any chance are the prims that are being moved, showing on the first edit tab as "share with group?" if not i duno how this is done. I would like someone to show me in world sometime. without being a griefer of course.

That's where it becomes more likely that the OP is himself misunderstanding the situation. It isn't (from what I can tell) a few prims or even a large section of prims that was moved. From what I can see the entire club is simply gone.

That implies that the person who owns the land or an officer in the land group must have done it. It's very possible that there was a minor griefer attack and someone simply decided that was the last straw and closed up.
