Hey all,
I dont know who in the Pacific Northwest would be interested in having a get together sometime next year... I currently live in Vancouver,Washington and we have plenty of cool spots in Portland Oregon which is across the river. Please if you are truely interested drop a reply... We would need a great place to hangout and a date... I would love to meet some Pacific Northwesterners... thanks

And I'm in the Eugene area, so Portland or thereabouts works great for me! Hope more folks are interested, I think it would be fun. If there's a piano I could probably even play :D

Just south of Seattle here. I would have to plan any trips out in advance if I were to go to meet up in Oregon. Portland is a wonderful city though, I would go just for that :)

couple of us would love to meet second life residents who live in the eugene area. portland would be great but its aways for us broke folks..laughs..
but anyone wanting to get together in eugene coosyellowknife and i would love to meet up with people. we would have to come when i had off. but would be neat to meet other residents.

Are there any greater Portland, OR/Vancouver, WA area SL people interest in RL meetups? I might be willing to start a SL meetup.com group if there is enough interest; let me know. :)

I'd imagine there'd be enough folks out there for a Portland *and* Seattle get-together rather than one or the other. I'm in the People's Republic of SE PDX and I'd love to get together with folks.

Sounds good to me! Lets set up a time and place and make it happen. I am going to be a little biased and say lets do it in PDX, but would be willing to travel a bit. If this picks up some steam I would help to organize it.

I , along with Coos Yellowknife would love to get together with others from SL in Eugene, Oregon. Coos is 60 miles south of Eugene and I am 71 miles south of Eugene. Generally on Fridays will be good as Coos gets off of work at 1pm and i dont have to be home til 5pm to sleep before work or on a Saturday or Sunday late morning or early afternoon when i have off or just any weekend at that time. We could meet at the Dennys to the south of Eugene there about Hwy 99 exit well its near there or meet at the River valley mall in the Food court. figure out a way to recognize each other. There is even the rose garden where one can sit by the river. Well a number of places we could meet if anyone is interested that lives near eugene or within driving distance.
me working nights and every other weekend and for the most part jsut about every day of the week at night puts a crink in going to Portland though can if we can plan something on a say Saturday afternoon where i dont work that night.
Well lets get together, like i said perferably in Eugene with the price of gas and the fact i work nights. Or portland on my weekend off. My daughter lives in Hillsboro so we can stay there if need be if we can get a get together in Portland on my weekend off.

I will put a plan together and get a venue if I can get enough people to commit.
Drop me an e-mail to thoughtplasma(at)yahoo.com if you would be interested. I would like to set it up before SLCC, I am going, just put a few times when it works best to get together and I will put up a poll and reserve a space.

For me I am pretty flexible - evenings are ok weekends I need some lead time on, perhaps mid July some week end or a Friday night?
