Isn't it about time Strife came and closed down all threads by Archie Lukas. And perhaps temporarily prevent him from posting? This is ridiculous. I think all the people currently paying with Mastercard without any problems would agree. What an idiot this Archie guy is being.

By the way, Mastercard works like a franchise. Lots of different companies buy the rights to issue their own credit cards under the name of Mastercard. What's more important is the bank or company that issued your Mastercard, in terms of what regulations govern its use.

He did, indeed. LOL. Archie I live in the UK and I have several friends that use Mastercard to pay LL. They have not been blocked. If indeed this is the case then it would have been reported in the press as well as the net. |

When *any* credit card company sees unusual activity, they will often disable the card, and call the cardholder to verify the transactions. It's normal practice. Linden Labs has nothing to do with this. And the fact that *your* Mastercard was disabled in no way indicates that anyone elses was (my Mastercard certainly still works). Complain to the company issuing the card, if you must, although they are in fact acting in your best interest.

It's always funny to see someone come to a forum, claim it's a troll fest, and post a comment asking the mods to close the forums.  I always get amused. Forums are places to post comments, nothing wrong with that... some posts are funner to post on and comment on... people do enjoy themselves... makes for an interesting break from daily life when we can peek in and watch the commotion in such a static environment. But who appointed this person head "troll" ( as he/she so nicely put it )? I guess some people just like to make sure that the forums are nice and neat and uncluttered with unneccessary posts... they make it their duty to see to it that a post wont get carried away. I can't pass up the chance to laugh in their face. These types of people are not moderators, they're lurkers who seek any chance to stick their nose in and make comments that will make them seem like leaders, do SL moderators really need someone like him/her to tell them to close a post or thread? Maybe... Maybe the world needs more people like Mr. or Mrs Troll Leader... Me? I personally just like to enjoy myself.... And if I met this Troll Leader, what would I do... I'd tell him/her to lighten up a bit, it's only a forum, no need to herd the Trolls... most of them are not harmful anyways. Like me... I'm harmless... not really a Troll, but if I could join the masses in these forums, I'd surely love to be the.... *~Fairy God Troll~* *Kisses~* Heart
