You not deserve to have pay for imaginary thing. It take no effort to make imagination, and so to demand pay is to be greedy.

I say the money be taken away and make so all things made are freely copied by anyone who like it.

You know money is root of evil and if money removed from game then evil removed. Only good people left in game, and they make good thing for others to have. This is how it should be.

Music, plays, movies, art, are all imagination aswell, and we pay happily for that. Second, it costs time and skill to create, is a other persons time and their skill nothing worth to you?

It takes work to turn an idea into a presentable form. It even takes work to form an idea from its first gleaning into something magestic and beautiful.

If you are not willing to reward a person for their labour of love, in whatever manner (even a word of praise or a thank you), you do not deserve what they have created for you.

And as for your statement that is is not art, I beg to differ. The fashion designs, the architecture designs, it's all art. Not everything in SL is original, but a lot is.

When share imagination, you are rewarded in having fun, is what game is to have fun. So make things in this game is reward in by self, and a thank you is to given when shared. Nothing more.

You arn't just paying for imagination, i can imagination the most fabulous house, clothing or car. That does not make it come to excist, even in a virtual world. People have to apply their time and skill to create.

Also some people have more time and are more skilled then others, this defenitly shows, if it was only imagination every one would be able to deliver the same quality, but they don't.
Second, these things are created to entertain you, do you really think people should entertain you for free?

If it takes no effort and no skill then I want you to make some things for me in game that I will not pay for.

Manhoose! Art is real and only come from imagination as place it start. If to pay for music is to pay for what is recorded on or skill used in live playing of instrument or use of voice. Not for imagination. This game, all is imagination.

So to go back to the art thang: um, movies are imagination. And people are involved to do things there: work hardware, write things, dress up people, oh and perform.

People write code. Build things. Spend time. (Time, btw, is oft considered money).

If I don't see a value in what someone does for me, I will not pay them.

I do not sell imagination. I sell creations. You do not create something with imagination alone. I am imagining a giant crystal cathedral right now. I need to do a lot more to actually make it a reality...even just an image of it...and it is that which requires and deserves financial compensation; sculpters need clay, painters need paint, and they all need food to eat. None of that comes from thin air.

You can't be serious here. Imagination means nothing without implementation.

Scripting, building, marketing, and texturing are all required to make content work in SL. All of these things require skill.

That or totally clueless.
