OK, finally managed to sell enough Linden's to cover my land fees this week, but nothing shows up in my account.
How do I see the balance of US$ credits in my account? I can't find that anywhere, and the money is not showing up as a transaction.

Am I missing something obvious? I just tested a small purchase of a few thousand L$, but haven't received them in-world. It's been about 5 minutes now. It shows in my balance on the website, but I didn't get the money in-game. How do I withdraw to my Avatar?

OK, we're going to leave the market up over night tonight so that everyone has a chance to access the market. I'll be keeping an eye on it, if all is well this will be our transition to being open 24 hours.

Thanks to Lawrence for letting me know about a known bug with balances not being updated in the SL Client. I paid myself L$1 and my balance instantly fixed itself. _____________________

Yep. I bet many are where people hosted GOM ATMs... like mine in Caldbeck... which happens to be copiable should anyone want one. oooooo good idea! i never had a GOM ATM but (rick) now i know why lol. _____________________

Here's the link. In short: Please specify check or Paypal. For check, specify who to make a check out to and where to mail it. For Paypal, specify what email address to use. Be sure to tell us how much US$ you're requesting and from which SL account you're requesting the US$. We'll send a confirmation email to the email address listed on your account. We're working on automating this... in the mean time the confirmation message will contain unique details that you have to return in your reply. i've lost track of this rather large thread. Did lawrence ever explain how you apply your account balance to your tier & premium fees? Just leave them in your US$ balance, the next time tier or premium fees are assesed your balance will be applied to them first before any other billing method is hit. Just leave them in your US$ balance, the next time tier or premium fees are assesed your balance will be applied to them first before any other billing method is hit. So if your balance can fully cover the fees your credit card or paypal account won't get hit at all. Ooo! Ooo! Ooo! Another question! If I bid and win a land auction for US$s, will (or could) this payment also have the US$ balance applied to it before my credit card? This appears to be roughly today + yesterday. So maybe it isn't cumulative since beginning of time, but it sure is more than just today. I don't think its 24 hours either. Anyway, one would expect the volume graph and the stat board to agree. Buster |

I was under the impression that if I had credit under my Second Life account, Lindex would draw from it rather than charging my account. I received US$50.31 from the developer incentives program earlier, so I meant to spend it on Lindex for L$. Instead, those credits weren't touched and my checking account was billed through my debit card. I would not have spent this money were it not for the credits I received through the incentives program. Why list credit on the account under Lindex if those credits have nothing to do with anything?
