OK, I can't stand the suspense. With all these 'tiny this that and the other' and the tiny furry predilection for procreation, when are we going to see teeny tinies (as in baby-in-a-matchbox)?

*just had a picture of "The Littles" flash into his head reading this.*

Will not sing theme song...must not sing theme song.

These tinies are the absolute cutest things! They have obviously worked hard on them, even making little clothes and furniture.

Naturally, I couldn't resist. I'm a squirrel with a plaid skirt and a bunk bed. AND a little teacup to fly around in!

Here's the cool part: Tiny AV fingers are BIGGER than human fingers! and they'd look so cute with a giant diamond ring... *hint hint*

I'm so excited by all the content that's been made so far... in less than a week! And by brilliant builders like Cubey and so many others! All the customization by the avatar owners is so head-turning. The whole thing is overwhelming.

I'm worried though, you have a virtual tiny army going. Ooops, I hope no one is making tiny weapons! oh my!

I hope you don't have them under some sort of remote control. You could take over SL.

The most successful software company in the world does a piss-poor job on all these points. Particularly the first three. Why do you expect Linden Labs to do any better?

Wynx, those avs are awesome. I think they're truly the cutest things to ever hit SL. They're so incredibly well done. You deserve a standing ovation, and I hope you make a mint :)

You could make guns that one tinie could fire other tinies out of :D . Or maybe a gully-dwarf catapult animation.

Have you tried Abramelin's avatar cannon? There's a demo one at ExtroVirtual Headquarters. Works very well with Tinies. We were going to use them to launch Tinies into battle. But now that April knows what we're doing she'll warn everyone... *sigh*

I've caught the teeny tiny bug and just acquired a new avatar.

If you see a little black bunny with yellow eyes running around, well...that's me. :) (as if my current mage avatar wasn't tiny enough!)

I wonder who will be the first Residents to create a "Gulliver's Travels" themed area?

I wondered why folks were asking me to make a tiny version of my fachwerk. Now I know!

How big are these folks in meters so I can size the structure appropriately?

I've yet to see a picture of one, aside from the wee blue character (is that typical?). From the conversation in this thread, I take it that they're also animals, correct?

Just go to ExtroVirtual Headquarters for a sample. Tons of Tinies, hanging out, playing tag in the habitrail tubes. Size: just a little bigger than a default cube prim. The 2nd picture in this thread will show you:

/invalid_link.html

However, the bounding box is about twice that or more, so doorways and ceilings must be rather high.

Excellent! Thank you for the information. I'll create a little German house (Fachwerk) just for these little critters with a phantom wall on the door side so they can get through without a problem.

When you say bounding box, are you referring to a squished up avatar mesh with a transparent skin?

I love the Tinies. Far far too cute.

Although I had to make a stop at the local Emergency Room because of suger shock!

On a side note, they're quite horrifying in a no script zone.

What I love about them is that you can even wear your prim hair. Hoochie hair tinies rock!
