Creators of Beauty: Taking the Time to Say THANKS!

I thought it was about time took we the time (since we seem to be doing that lately!) to say thanks to the wonderful creators and freaks and blessed lunatics who create the content we use every day... without accusations of collusion!

I'll go first.

First off, a wonderful avatar named PHAYLEN FAIRCHILD - who was a friend... not a good friend, but a friend... posted one of these when I was a n00b. I thought, HOW NEAT! The forums are an extension of the GREAT people in world. I think we need a refresher course in what a great avatar/person Phaylen was... so here goes.

For clothing design... Jennyfur, of course, comes first, the Phobos Duo (Ferran & Surreal, for those who don't know), Munchie, Neph, and Aimee (for my female alt accounts).

For natural beauty... Higbee, Valadeza and Khamon have always been the first and foremost in the GREEN department (honorable mention to DARKO in the green dep't)

For the sci-fi geek in me... its hard to top Chosen & Neuralclone.

For vehicles... Gartuca (Garth & Pituca <grin>, Cubey and LyraBen

For overall building and architecture... Jai and Lordfly

For beauty in sculpture... CrowCatcher and Starax

For the general insanity and spirit of the world... my oldest online friend who recently tracked me down in SL, Nethermind... my best SL friend Vicki, and of course Bub, Launa, Kacey, Maxx, Toxius, Rygar, Jared, Kazzy, Wenchie, Sukkubus, and so many more... I'd run out of characters.

Anyone every involved in the crazy thing called INDIGO CREW.

All those who've met us in RL... I'm sorry!

#secondlife... ALL of you... From Adam to Z... for putting up with me... how any gang could put up with over 100,000 of my words, without committing murder, AND then be accusing over being evil? HA!

To all the Lindens, ESPECIALLY those who deal with us crackheads on the forums, and me on a regular basis in those abuse reports...

and, to every one of you.

Don't forget, the reason we're all passionate is because we LOVE this world WE have created. We're all a part of it.

Indeed! Ivory Tower of Primitives was a great resource for me as a newbie.

Starax Statowsky makes some of the most amazingly beautiful (or disturbing) things I've seen anywhere in SL.

Fallingwater Cellardoor, cause I still get chills when I think about her tower from Burning Life last year.

Keith Extraordinaire, for the island of Serenite.

Ack, how could I forget Fallingwater and Eddie, hehehehe.

And Ulrika... my AV and I are both vegetarians!

- For the creator of giant monkeys that allowed me to build the Monkey Tower Manifesto Rave, and for Commanders Flip and Jenn and the whole Indigo Crew who let me stack giant monkey butts to the sky!

That is the beauty of Second Life, its full of talent. And the talent waiting to be unleashed by the newer residents of sl. And u forgot, KRIS RITTER, FLEABITE BEACH (I MEAN REALLY LOL) SIGGY and tis true we could go on forever...

THAT is the BEAUTY of SL Residents! woot!

The only problem with doing these lists is you always forget people! Now Siggy, Jonquille and Misty are going to beat me up.

On the other hand, I was really sick of the side of me that had come out the past few days on the forums with THOSE threads... I like this side much better.

Anything Nephilaine gets her hands on ends up being beautiful, regardless of if it's a building or something to wear. Some people just have the midas touch.

There are so, SO many more. But I thought I'd mention the one who popped into my head immediately.

To all the people that I love so much who've filled my second life with more fun, insanity, love, and general crack than I could've ever hoped - Flip and Jenn ( my home away from home ) Surreal and Ferran ( you're both so insane, I love you to death ) Simone ( I love you ), Siggy, Launa and her lemony nose, special props to Bub ( pork and asses Daddy ),

To all the builders who endlessly blow me away with their creativity ( starax comes to mind ) I am in wondrous awe of you. Fearless Leader, Fally, Eddie, you do things with a torus that shouldn't be legal. I thankee.

I never make a 'list'. Maybe I should be more cliqueish, or wear/create more black? Hang out more? Be less of a hermit? Or possibly have more friends that post to the forums? Whatever the formula is, I always miss it.

Ah well, I'll have to be satisfied with letting sales and comments from those who actually shop be my yardstick.

aww Jonquille, I have lots of your stuff that i wear all the time. The only reason I didn't mention you is because I decided I'd concentrate on the builders for the most part. Which is more what I do in game. If it's any consolation, I'm not there either. But I'm happy with what i do... sorta. Usually.

I'm also very happy with what I do. But seeing the same old people stroke the same old people sometimes gets old. There are a lot of very talented people in SL, and I just think it sucks that you have to belong to a clique to get mentioned.
