The fact still stands that you exhibit symptoms of the histrionic Furry time and time again. I recall the last time you and I shared a flurry of posts back and forth. You exhibited the same attitude and defensive posturing.

There is quite a difference between "paraphrasing in an unflattering light" and "putting words in other people's mouths", chief. I would never go so far as to put words in someone's mouth, but parahprase them I will - it's quite fun.

Were I putting words in your mouth I would have been far more unkind rather than a simple statement highlighting the underlying theme in what initially evoked a response.

As far as a tag-team of medical-disinformation with Bill Frist, no thanks - I'm as far to the left as they come. I would don a fursuit and proclaim my inner-beast on global-TV if the madness of Frist and his ilk could be cured by only that. You are drawing a false analogy here as well - I never claimed to be an expert, nor a psychologist or sociologist - simply a casual observer of a subculture which contains a staggering number of individuals who feel so easily threatened and react in a manner both predictable and volatile.

Its actually quite interesting...the thread started out as a request in trying to recruit people from Furcadia into SL....then it jumped into about why we wouldent want them there....then, I lost focus as the topic exploded into a squiggly jiggly mish mash of other topics including freedom of speech, and personal vandettas ( from what I'm gathering. Please, if I err, my apologies ^.^)

I tried splitting this topic mentally, and coming up with responces for each one, but it dident float too well, so I'm just going to spit a few things out:

Kat has some good comments. Furrys like pr0n. People in general like pr0n. One of the biggest industries in the wold is the pornography industry. Sex sells, and it sells big. Why are we being singled out? ( pray, realize were not the only ones...I use that term loosly)

Because were different. Its not every day you see someone wanting to be an anthropomorphic animal >_> To some, strange, to others, phreaky. To the more accepting, interesting. To the immature, a supposed -weakness- they can prey on, in all actuality, being more of an annoyance then a hurt.
