Somehow, I really doubt I'll get banned.

You can say that to me but can you double dare the Lindens right now to permaban you? Now that would be a demonstration in forum prowess unseen even from me. :D

Why would they ban me? Because I'm bumping old threads relevant to SL and interest to new users versus bumping some freaking creepy interpersonal drama between Cristiano and Coconaut?

Do you want to read about cool tools to use with SL or do you want to read about Cristiano's latest take on Prokofy and Coconaut?

I don't. I find it annoying, creepy, and disturbing.

When I bump threads it's because I'm looking for something interesting to talk about. Just because it's out of sight does not mean it should be out of mind.

I think Cristiano needs to take a vacation because clearly he's taking this all waaay too seriously.

Blaze,

You bumping one or two threads is one thing. You do it 8-10 at a time and fill the front page with them. The threads died for a reason - if you are really that bored, why not just start a new thread? You start question threads all the time about the most inane things, and I've never said a word.

I find the alt games you play in these forums creepy, disturbing, and honestly pathetic. To each their own. Your advice about a vacation is duly noted. It is true, I am quite fed up with the level of bullshit that people such as yourself have propogated for far too long.

Strange. Those are all the reasons why I love it. ;)

Well, why not start a new thread that references the original one if you want to continue the discussion? That sounds like a fair compromise.

Maybe you both should relax. I find pudding is calming.

Let's go over the threads I bumped, shall we?

/120/ca/24815/1.html

#1 must see locations - cool places for new users (and old users) to visit

/120/16/30411/1.html

An aweome thread, one of the best in these forums. Tools that every new user (and old users) can't do without.

/120/85/38654/1.html

Historically interesting - how it changes when things are bad, things become good. It's good now - we have lots of great classes, with many many thanks to Teazers.

/120/04/44257/1.html

Richard Bartle in SL. This is GREAT. This guy is a hero amongst virtual users. I think this is way more important and relevant than some tired old OFF TOPIC discussion about IRC.

/120/bd/27575/1.html

Dispute resolution was all the rage. What happened? Where did we go? Why aren't we doing? Are we doing it? What's the latest?

Now tell me what in common amongst these threads did you find:

NO INTEPERSONAL DRAMA.

Can we just for a moment give all that insanity a REST and talk about general things about SL rather then some dumb thing we're assuming about each other?

Is it really that hard?

I understand. This was about burying another thread under a bunch of resurected threads. You never actually cared about the content of the threads, you just used them to disrupt existing conversations.

With that revelation let me say that I don't like you messing with our community space like that. It's disruptive, selfish, and unnecessary. Furthermore, it appears as if you're trying to censor or manipulate what we discuss and see in the forums. No thank you, blaze. We don't need thought censors here. Especially ones that abuse a forum freedom (no autoclose on threads).

What??? Did we read the same post? You know, the one where I just took the time to detail exactly WHY I cared about them?

Does

"An aweome thread, one of the best in these forums. Tools that every new user (and old users) can't do without."

Sound like I don't care?

The addendum at the end was merely to help educate others in perhaps how they could try to post a little more RELEVANT to SL rather than some drama queenesque world they're living in.

I just got off the game, needing to download some pictures of house fly structure (!), and saw this. Cristiano isn't whining, he never whines, and it isn't some kind of interpersonal drama; it is just a conversation.

Imagine waking up each day and the most interesting diversion you can think of is bumping ancient threads on an obscure internet forum for a niche online environment. Don't waste your anger on blaze. He is being punished enough.

That's the thing, I'm not angry at Blaze. Just providing masturbatory fodder since getting to claim how obsessed others are with him is what he gets off on, and I am all about making people happy.

Yes, that's precisely it. Masturbatory fodder.

The possibility that I'd really like to see newcomers to SL see something interesting and exciting and that I'd like to participate in conversations about something other than what Coco or Prokofy is eating for breakfast never occured to, did it?

Blaze,

I politely asked you to stop continually necroposting. You turned the rest of it into all of this, including claiming repeatedly how obsessed people are with you. That's all on you. If you are legitimately interested in SL, then stop with all the other games - it is hard to figure out what the hell you are ever doing or talking about because you are just about the most disingenous person in these forums, and admittedly game them.
