Not sure if anyone has posted a link to this article yet as it is a few days old. It's detailing a discussion surrounding the issue of in world dispute resolution, both pro and con. http://wired.com/news/games/0,2101,65562,00.html?tw=wn_story_related. I would be for such a system, but not if it was administered by fellow players, which is the sticking point because if LL administers it we will undoubtedly have those who cry favoritism. Personally I think that is a less of a risk than having other players who tend to be clique-ish render such decisions.

Nice read. Thanks for the heads up dude!

I have a simple in world player resolution.
If you cant get along move to far corners of SL.
If its over a texture/build/anything that LL can adminster as who did what first. Let them continue to be arbitures.
If it petty drama GTFU
If its a TOS Violation....again Let LL Handle it.
Letting other players arbitrate any disputes ends up in a he said she said we will never friggen win situation and looses good players due to the grief therein.

Did anyone ever set up a dispute resolution system? Does one exist in world?

Developers can then measure which new concepts most improve the products and incorporate them into the game in future patches."
