Ageplay more evil than Dolcett?

Which is like sex shops IRL, they're right there for all to see, there just aren't nearly as many as in SL.

There are public clubs where ageplay is permitted, as well as areas designed for it. Before Dwell died there was a club resembling a spaceship that was dedicated to it, I don't see that in Find anymore though.

Vore, Dolcett, and snuff fetishes all have their own areas too.

The products themselves that facilitate it are usually in specialized stores, but the stores are as public as any other.

What seems to upset people is how others RP the character. Many ageplayers continue family interaction in public, they just don't have sex. Edit: These characters often have profiles proclaiming what they do behind closed doors, though. Thus the angst over it.

YES there are people who's Avatars are teenager who actively seek adult avs to have sex with in normal clubs , and what not.

that would be in the realm of offensive to me. I banned someone from my club for doing it.

As far as school girl unifroms I see them only on obviously adult avs being sold - I wouldnt see that as an issue necessarily.

I havent seen kid avs for sale in a sexual context either.

I dont think age play in a sexual manner should be marketed in the standard shop structures in SL.

A lot of work would have to be done on the part of the age players not to accidently offend people in their venues or marketing. Since they know they are participating in an area that encroaches on many peoples personal trauma and sensability.

If you go exploring, you run the risk of finding things.

That said, I've yet to see anything used in ageplay, vore, etc. sold in stores as such, other than consumption poses and that's rare (and usually crappy). So I'm not sure where the issue is.

Id include any sexual play that is roleplaying anything other than consensual sex between adult avs.

That would include some of the gorean stuff - age play - rape play - vore - canibalism.

Most of these shops, however, are pretty clearly marked as to what they sell. I really can't imagine someone claiming, "I got tricked into buying the 'Vibro3000 Inflato-Penis FOR TEENS!'...I wuz abused!" Well, I can imagine it, but I would have to laugh in their face, just on principle.

Yes Corvus is right I havent seen any of those things marketed in that way. But how things are marketed and how I feel they should be arent necessarily the same thing. Someone could go and agressively market AV child sex tommorrow. My veiw would remain the same, while the marketing as it exists would have changed drastically.

Actually, it's worse than that. Since the FBI is America's primary domestic counter-terrorism agency, by tying up their time with your moral outrage you're in essence supporting Al-Qaeda.

Personally, I find the people who constantly defy the spirt of Second Life - which, by the way, is freedom, not your morality - in the forums much more offensive than anything that goes on in-world. The imposition of their morality on "My World, My Imagination" would be much more a threat to SL than anything I'm doing in my private area (which, of late, largely consists of responding to IMs and doing interviews). If they force LL to change it from Second Life into the Close-minded Life, the platform is doomed. They'd have to change the slogan to "Our world. Our Moral Outrage."
