From: Briana Dawson Education? In what? I've read both volumes of the Satanic Bible by Anton Lavey and found them rather weak (but I was 16 at the time, and 16 years have passed since then). Seemed to focus on criminal activity and disrespecting others more than anything else. Here is a link to the Official Church of Satan WebsiteOh yeah, and since we are hurling insults, maybe if you had some education you wouldnt be a satanist? Briana Dawson I have a degree in religion and psychology, thank you. If you can read, then you would have been able to read the part of not harming another unless they harm you, in the Satanic Bible. The Nine Satanic Statements should be easy enough for a sixth grader to understand. The Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth are also easy, so I'll post them for you: 1. Do not give opinions or advice unless you are asked. 2. Do not tell your troubles to others unless you are sure they want to hear them. 3. When in another’s lair, show him respect or else do not go there. 4. If a guest in your lair annoys you, treat him cruelly and without mercy. 5. Do not make sexual advances unless you are given the mating signal. 6. Do not take that which does not belong to you unless it is a burden to the other person and he cries out to be relieved. 7. Acknowledge the power of magic if you have employed it successfully to obtain your desires. If you deny the power of magic after having called upon it with success, you will lose all you have obtained. 8. Do not complain about anything to which you need not subject yourself. 9. Do not harm little children. 10. Do not kill non-human animals unless you are attacked or for your food. 11. When walking in open territory, bother no one. If someone bothers you, ask him to stop. If he does not stop, destroy him. Interpret them how you wish, but no where does it say to be a criminal or disrespect others. The only people I disrespect are those who deserve it!

You have a degree in religion (useless) and a degree in psychology? Gee i hope you aren't working in social services. I mean, how brilliant can you be to have a degree in both religion and psychology and yet be a Satanist. You must really be SMART. Good on you! Briana Dawson

From: Kevn Klein I get it. Your brain has no opinion about God or His existence. When some one says "God" you don't understand them, because the term equals a big blank in your mind. You don't believe in God or disbelieve God. You just .... nothing... God. I'm not an Atheist, I'm agnostic. Even so... I do believe that all religions are, ultimately, based on fiction and/or gross exaggerations of historic events. Those fictions may present interesting ideas but the underlying foundations are manipulative lies designed to bribe or threaten people into conformity. Unlike bee hives and ant colonies, humans can leave their religions and survive on their own. Some folks may feel lying is a small price to pay in order to stay in the hive. Others may feel that falsely claiming to believe is not for them. I'm agnostic because I believe in the possibility of something greater than us. But am I an Atheist merely because I 'lack belief' in a Christian god?

I do not reply on this post because, as a Pagan, I refuse to be lumped with $cientologists.

My mind knows what you and your religion claims regarding your deity, the qualities and attributes of said deity. Knowledge - different than belief.

From: Merlyn Bailly Don't you know that the latest archaeological consensus states that the "Aryan" people are a myth, an artefact of the anti-Semitic racist culture of the late Victorian/neomodern period? You can't just dig into some archaeological site and say the aryan people are a myth. Its just a word some indians used to describe themselves. Unless you are denying the existence of the indians of course. Just goes to show how confused mass media fed people are.

No. I know what your deity is. My mind knows what you and your religion claims regarding your deity, the qualities and attributes of said deity. Knowledge - different than belief. If you "know" about the claims of "the qualities and attributes of said deity" would that mean you believe or disbelieve these claims. If you disbelieve the claims that would indeed be a belief. You simply believe the claims are false. Why make this so hard?

A: Sure. Q: You do? Why? Neither Vader nor Luke really exist! A: *Sigh* within the context and confines of the work of fiction known as Star Wars, I believe that to be true. You didn't ask me if I believed Star Wars was non-fiction.
