Excluding getting a raise, or a second Job, or stock options(And all other investment options) how would you raise the money to move out of a bad situation in 2 -3 months?

If the situation is bad enough to warrant you needing to get out of it, my advice would be sincerely to not be afraid to ask for help. People often will be too proud to ask for help while their lives collapse around them. Without knowing more about the situation, it seems that turning to friends or family to help you in a time of need is a good route to go.

It's all relative. While I think the man is a complete whack job, he is dead in on a lot of ways about Bush. I can't help but smile that my little home country has the balls to stand up to the Bush Administration. That said, Chavez is a criminal and should be in jail for his actions in 2002 (for those unfamiliar with what happened in Venezuela then, see this site:
