Unable log in.

Hi all!!

It feels a little better we are not the only ones...My husband has th same problem with his inventory for 2 days now!! I can play....but I lost myself ..I am looking very stupid...I am not very happy with it...I look like a beginner...It has to do something with the animations...but I can't figure out what exactly...

My husband is not able to come online...I now wrote to Data Linden if he can help us out...We are paying members with a very nice music club....It costs us 10 dollars a month....
We emailed the supprt...same answer I read in here...we are aware of the problem don't worry...but nothing happens so far! I already tried install and uninstall...you know..

We are from the Netherlands...

I asked for help again and thanks to Rheya Linden I'm back.

I"m getting that same inventory/database message also tried to revert to older version still getting the same message........

Emailed support... no response... sat on hold for over and hour via multiple calls keep getting sent to voicemail... whatta joke TECH support is........

Anyone know whats going on???????

I double click on the second life startup Icon and the first thing what happens is the SL screen all black with one grey messagebox with a half broken blue button, that is saying “Close”, but the whole Second Life application just dissapears within a second, starting again several times wont help….

the message what the messagebox gives, I have been able to capture with a printscreen before it snapped away, it says:

Same issue here. Cannot log in, at all. This also applies to FirstLook.

THE ALT SAYS NAME N PASSWORD ARE WRONG I KNO ITS RIGHT...

Hello!

I´m glad to read that it is possible to solve the "login failure problem".
I would be even more enthusiastic if anyone would be able to help ME!

Whenever I try to login there´s the note" Unbable to complete transform:
copy inventory to new database"

No answer from the support team so far. I heeded every SL-advice - no succes.

I am afraid I´m the last one they have forgotten outside. I´m very sad. I need help, please!

I log in and I'm stuck at the loader bar on the same screen I logged out as ... I see the .. Second Life may appear frozen screen .. but it really is frozen .. any suggestions? No I don't have even 100 items yet so ....

Rheya Linden fixed my account now a few hours later its doing the same thing again with the inventory/database error!!!

Ingame help just told me to email this problem, laffin. This is soooo beyond a joke now.

Yup its back, i got screwed too, and now live help wont do a manual transfer, probably cause the evening help staff dont have a friggen clue how to do that anyways.

So it looks like we're all royally shafted for the next 10 or so hours.

nice one linden, this gonna happen everytime an account mantenance, transfer to faster database cycles through our accounts?

I had this fixed yesterday by a Linden now they dont want to help. I dont know why.

I'm having the same problem. I came in under alt. and they fixed it immediately yesterday morning but tonight they just tell me to email someone. Totally stupid in my eyes. Why can't they get the tech. support on the same page?

The fix used yesterday won't work for some reason today. something is wrong at the core. they will need to fine tune things out at some point after releasing a temp fix.

also does anyone else notice something similar with our names?

Not until you mentioned it very strange .the letter A must be causing the problem

I've been following this problem on another thread and just found this one. Most of the complaints there are from A names also, but there is also a D name and a B name. With so many A's though, there could still be something to an alphabetical theory. The other thread is at:

I have the same problem. My account got fixed and now it's doing the same thing again.

I have just had an email from Linden support saying that the issues regarding this have now been resolved and log ons should be as normal now.
I cant check as I am now at work. Is anyone still having this problem now ?

The problem is still there for me.

Got the email too but still have the same problem. With my alt I can log in so it's not the update I guess.
