LL has stated any in-game info, like AV whereabouts, name/key data, activities, and such, are all public info. ALL. They wouldn't want to get in the way of bloggers and, as they told me, "world building" and such.
So, why not publish, on the web, and advertise, an age play list? Seems to me it's fair game. You could put it out as, "Vendor Services for Age Play in SL!!!", provide the AV names and keys, approx. on/offline times, and so forth. All perfectly legit.
LL has most definitely stated this is the case. So if you Age Play in SL, don't be surprised if it gets published for all the world to see, and LL gives the two thumbs up!!! And remember, you all enthusiastically agreed!
After all, there is really no "privacy" in LL. More than one Linden has told me all info is public unless it compromises your RL info, like your real name, address, or CC number. People can scan your whereabouts, ALT-ZOOM into your buildings, or just sit on a cube and scoot through your security. Screenshot you going at it, and publish it. Blog it. Send it to friends, publish it on the Craigslist. Whatever.

It is against the TOS to track or stalk individuals, to harrass them, or to publish logs of what they say. All of these things seem to be required by your proposal. For instance, you can publish something someone says (supposedly only with their permission, but often without) to illustrate a point or a story, but if you regularly record others conversations you are in violation of the TOS. Similarly, you are allowed to know where people are at any given time, but to track them down and put a pin in the map for others to see is also against the TOS in that you are violating their privacy and enabling/inviting harrassment against them. The persisistence and dilligence with which these people would necessarily have to be tracked, and the subsequent invasion of their privacy necessary to identify them as "age players" all violates the TOS, as does the very act of singling them out on a regular basis (predjudice to them as a group). The easiest way to see what's wrong with your proposal is to ask yourself what would it be like if the same proposed actions were applied to some other group. What if there was a similar online service that located all the african american players on the grid or all the gay players? I dont think that would be acceptable at all. _____________________
