The owner can do whatever he sees fit seeing as he is the one paying for the land you where on. You should probably just try to ignore people messing with each other (thats what the mute resident button is for) until they do something like what you did to this girl then you can report them.

It would seem that rather than assuming you can use weapons because there are no signs posted saying you can't, it would make more sense to assume you can't unless you see a sign saying you can.

There are currently no signs in my club or store that say no weapons. This is because I believe people should assume that .. hello, its a club/store not a shooting gallery.

But I think the bigger mistake you made was in assuming you could play security guard on someone elses land. It wasn't your land, the harrassment wasn't happening to you. Frankly it was none of your business. Now if you really felt you needed to get involved, the right thing to do would have been to IM the person you thought was being harrassed and ask them if they wanted help. You would have either been told, yes please or no thankyou and that would have been the end of it.

I'm sorry, I understand you saw a situation you found disturbing, but you had no way of knowing whether there were other details you were missing or not. What if the two people knew each other and were joking around? What if this was a regular occurance and the owners of that land actually found this ridiculous person amusing? What if it was a roleplay? Think about that last one for a minute.

I know a couple who like to play argue. They say horribly mean things to each other. Anyone walking up on them and hearing them would think that A) they hate each other and B) that he is harrassing her. But the fact is they've known each other for years in RL and thats just how they are together. But she has had people IM her and ask if this guy is bothering her. You simply can't assume you always understand what it is you are witnessing.

Bottom line, you were wrong to step in to a situation that didn't involve you.

Actually is there a translator or something for furries...is it possible that this crazy language was actually sent by the translator, maybe it sends it to general so it can be read by other translators and deciphered for the others wearing the same translator? I am sure many others would do the same, ejecting possible griefers. Not that you are a griefer yourself, but using weapons in sandboxes unless noted is prohibited. Specially sandbox managers tend to be very angry at all times, there´s so many griefers around that if you spend time pming or warning people all the time youll get all sorts of diceases.

Best thing is, if you are not a manager, just leave it, or ask the person to stop annoying, or better: go somewhere else, there is a plenty amount of good sandboxes all around.
