katykiwi, because they're pissed that she's calling them out on their gutter ethics.

Weedy may have (or had) her own methods of automating finding inexpensive land, but I for one believe her that she's never screwed someone out of land by refusing to give land back that was clearly mistakenly priced low.

That's the thing...even though, yes, we should all be reading every warning and watching our every step when it comes to land management, the fact is, and always WILL be, is that humans make mistakes. It appears there are certain sociopathic "swoopers" out there who make a business out of being merciless shitheads to these people who make honest mistakes with their land. It's totally repulsive.

Edited to add: God knows if *I* ever made a drastic pricing error on my land and set it way too low, I'd be thanking my lucky stars if Weedy was the first to show up.

This woman claim's to be defending sl residents, but she is as low as those she claims to be defending you against. Tonight I landed on a 1k plot, she quickly changed it to 10k on a 512 sized plot. Method known as baiting. The woman LOVES to fight and has to get the last word in no matter what and no matter who she hurts in the process. Look at her numerous forumn post. She argues for the sake of arguing. Most are half truth, and a whole lot of assumption. But you cant claim to be a saint when you practace what you claim to defend against. Your not helping anyone, your just fighting people because it what you do.

I was IM'd by the previous owner after they had their land taken, because the swooper set the price and took off.

The two were very nice however, because they realized in a heartbeat, that I was not involved in stealing their land.

That does not take away from the fact that the land was sold to another group member for 19000 Lindens, who then sold it back to the victims at 22,000 Lindens.

It's just not right.

They bought a plot of land in Kamba today, built the wall and are reselling at exactly the same price as they paid. This can only mean that they did not buy for profit, but for grief. You can view the wall from my land at Tenjin 20, 230. Judge for yourself.

How do you know what was paid for it? Were you the seller? No you were not... so how would you know what was paid?

While all this was going on, the swooper stole a 4098 plot of land from a nice married couple who were rearranging land and tier. One was selling land to the other for 1 dollar. well here is where underhandedness turns into griefing. After he bought the land from under them, he repriced it at 19000L and SET IT TO ME.

I think that was an accident... I think he mistakenly set to you, thinking he was putting you in the ban list

I was approached and implicated in this issue by the previous owners, to come to some agreement on returning the land. WTF? I TP'd there and explained that this person has been stealing land from unsuspecting residents for some time now and I had absolutely nothing to do with them other than to report them for continuous bad behavior. I spoke to a Linden, who recomended that we all post AR's, but that does nothing to return the land to victims and these thieves carry on ripping off others.

A science book can tell you the skys blue, but if Weedy thinks the skys pink she will argue FOREVER that the skys pink - and not give a care to anything else.
