Ginny, which we all know, is the woman who own's Dazzle, tonight at her store took down her items that were being copied, two sets of outfits and then made some "special t-shirts" and put them all in a box for 20l! She says, why be ripped off when I can rip myself off Gotta love the designers taking back their own action. Who needs fake knock off's for 99l when you can get the original perfect for 20L

We have made a scammers sign and placed it in front of ALL of our stores giving links to the diff websites out there. TY for keeping them up to date, and a big ty to all the response we've gotten. Even after all of the nasty IM's from "friends" of the people involved. I hope this all ends, but in all reality, even if this one incident ends, it's still gonna continue. I just can hope that in the near future, LL will have a better solution for probs. like this other then the ban button and an AR.

If for no other reason then to inform. Texture theft is going to keep happening, but all we can do is try to stop it one person at a time.

That statement right there is why yard sales are intrinsically good for both consumer's and designer's. There are a lot of reputable yard sales that not only make themselves a decent sl income but bring in advertising for those of us who put transfer rights on our items. Im so sick of all this I could just VOMIT! Even though I have been cleared and proven a victim in this, I am still catching hell.

Example...tonight I realized the place I sell the most of my shoes from, a rented place, had deleted all my shoes there. No questions asked , just taken down all because some other vendor there "heard" about all this. I was so hurt, this guy is my friend..Im still hurt..although I have been invited to re-set up all my stuff , which I am.

This has been the biggest CROCK OF SH*T and all because of 2 people, A) the person selling the items at her yard sale and B) the person who sold her the items to begin with.

Well, first off Vanessa, yes people did come and talk to you the nite this all started. I do believe Ashlin herself has talked to you...and I do believe you actually had several of YOUR friends come and talk to us to try and "work this out" only to have me and 3 other people orbited from my store. The solution for the time being was simple. The fake items and Ashlin's boxes came down..and the rest would be dealt with later. They WERE taken down, only to be put back up an hour later. You can scream victim all you want in this, but I do recall a certain conversation you had with the MAIN person involved calling us all names, and how stupid we were, and NONE of this was your's or her's fault. I also recieved a LENGTHY IM from said person this AM explaining how her and I never even talked, she's a grandmother, wouldn't hurt anyone, she's a victim, etc. even though I have a saved copy from OUR actual conversation stating "I can sell whatever I want" and "If I get banned, any alt will fix that." That is actual proof. I don't need to sit here and make things up. This is from witness's and actual people involved. So coming in on the tail end of this, screaming victim and how your innocent is a little late and a dollar short. B/c plenty of people last nite and today heard the truth. We can only wait now to see what the future outcome of all of these, not just the parties involved in this sitiuation, will handle the texture theft resellers out there to come.

I have never read a newspaper or watched the news where the person changes the story and names every few minutes! JOURNALISM means to investigate, get the FACTS straight, then report them. Not, oh after a conversation with one of the people in question I changed my mind. Those conversations should have been done LONG before you posted people's names.
