My camera controls can let me see 100's of meters away-much further than before. Anyone else notice this?

Before the implement more camera freedom they need to make some way to allow privacy between sl couples..yes someone people are shy about their avatar being nude when they model, change or pixel sex...

Not me..but some.

Yeah, I tend to be a bit shy about my avitar being nakey (despite wearing furry avs 99% of the time), but if they get their jollies worth for that split second that I'm nude while changing or pleasing a friend, more power to them... rather me than someone who would care.

You mean you can use a much larger draw distance? Or you can move the camera 100's of meters away from your avatar?

She meant the camera. I have noticed that I can move my camera several hundred meters from my avatar as well.

I can't get more than the normal camera distance consistently on other islands or the mainland. On our island, though, I can see everywhere with the camera. New estate feature, I guess. Any other island owners seeing this one?

Come on Linden Lab! If you want to make things private then disable Hide Selected, the ability to sit on something inside a house, the ability to edit a prim into a house, the ability to sit teleport. Make us unable to detach the camera at all. Cut off our balls why don't ya. Or you can empower us to create great things by increasing the camera detachment everywhere. Honestly, it's extremely difficult to build anything over about 60m in diameter with the current rules!

Get real. Do you want us to show off your world or not?

Easy solution..... save that kinda thing for real life, where it belongs.

If it wasn't for all the sex junk that drags SL down, I believe it would be a much more enjoyable experience for all.

I could as easily say if it wasn't for all that particle stuff that drags SL down..

Or maybe..

If it wasn't for all that land buying that drags SL down..

If it wasn't for all that disco stuff that drags SL down..

Everyone has differing opinions..

On whats wrong with SL..

On what SL is for..

Now, let me say my own opinion..

If it werent for all those people who want to cut what others enjoy out of SL, SL would be much more enjoyable for everyone!

Actually if those partaking in such acts left, you wouldn't notice anything because they're the ones up in skyboxes protected by griefer - sorry security - scripts.

The only thing that would be lower would be the inworld population, and without them and thier laggy poseballs and animations I would guess it would benefit more people.

It's just a shame that with all the potential creativity available from the tools we have, all many people do with it is pixel humping.

*all* *many*?

So the results of your statistically significant poll was that a large number log in, get slaid*, and log out immediately afterwards.

Interesting.

*(defined as no interaction, just watching the screen and the animated avatars)

They'd probably just go and sit in a camping chair, which is the closest example I can think of to 'roll over and fall asleep'.

To be honest, the game would be better off without campers too.

That's funny Lewis, because I;ve used homes and buildings at ground level

Not surrouding by griefing, I mean disco.

Its a shame we have disco inferno ruining SL..theres far better uses for dacning and creativity.

Seriously, its THEIR second life. If they want to have privacy to pixel hump, more power to them! (on their own land that is).

Don't try to define what SL is to everyone, because everyones view is different. thats something only a selfish fleshbag can't understand.

Who on earth are you talking about? I've never met any of these people.

Are we playing the same game?
