I totally support Elika on this, i've seen her refund policy all over her store, i love her hair, it's some of the best in Sl and she has always been super nice to me when i've spoken to her.
i've bought the wrong thing on occasion and slapped myself upside the forhead for day dreaming and clicking on the wrong thing, it happens, but Elika gives you a free demo if you don't take it and look at the hair before you buy it, and go ahead and buy it anyway and then don't like it, well IMO that's your own fault not her's and she has every right not to give you a free hairstyle. I can understand being upset but i think considering it was your friend who bought the wrong hair and not you, to go around slamming her for following her store policy is a lil messed up and on top of that copy the conversation into a notecard and offer it to anyone who wants it, is also just a lil childish but that's just my 2 cents. |

(so how am i to know if she's just wanting new free hair?) This was what I feel was wrong a false assumtion about a dear and sweet friend. It's a valid question. She didn't say this because she had some sort of personal grudge against your friend; she said it because that's her policy. It applies to everybody, across the board, no matter who you are. I've bought hair myself that I ended up not liking afterwards; sometimes I take it apart, play with it, and edit it into something more to my liking, sometimes I just stick it in the back of my inventory and chalk it up to experience. What I don't do is make a big stink about how the seller should change her policy for me. I'm still unclear on why the friend didn't try the demo. I think the moral of this little story is PAY ATTENTION AND TRY THE DEMOS. Pretty simple, really. _____________________

ANDDD Miss Elika you know everyone loves the c^$#%#&f**t !!! You do you can. What more can a person do? You provide pictures, demos and a policy sign in plain view. No refunds on no transfer items. Its clear. Theres no room for questions , nothing is blurry. Somone said its wrong for her or anyone to assume that someone just wants a freebie, WELLL... thats why there is a policy! So that no assumptions even HAVE to be made. Its clear and fair across the board. Its not some ppl get it some dont ( then you can feel like you are being singled out as wanting something for nothing ) but as it stands its just the same for everyone. _____________________

Nothing like losing customers that are not treated poorly but just hear about another experience. You remark above proves my case. Then again all of the hair I have seen is SL is not what want. How about doing a simple ponytail? Like the hair naturally falling down the back with a rubberband keeping it toughter at the base of the neck? well if you are so easily swayed by rabid ranting about a policy by someone who wants to feel insulted because they were not treated special..i have some wonderful rants i can get you to never buy another thing as long as you are in SL! orrr i have some real nice swamp land ..and it is tranfer mod but no copy... btw Launa Fauna has a GREAT simple pony! _____________________

I read this one through and through and can see both sides to this coin.One party has made a mstake and another one has used the wrong approach.I wouldn't like it if someone badgered me because of my policy yet I wouldn't like it if someone else had made a lude comment of a fiends character. Simply put I woulda just told the person I didn't like what was said and went on with my buisness,so go on and do what you feel is right for you.Sometimes things get a little to personal here in SL it is a game we play to have fun.
