This is amazing. This Johnny Ming guy had the nerve to invite The Prok himself to Secondcast... and he accepted.

I've been in SL for 8 months now. One of the first places I rented was a property owned by Prokofy. I am not sure what has happened in the and don't really care. But, I can say this much about Prok. He has been the fairest man I have ever dealt with in SL. Whenever I had a problem and most were my own fault he never hesitated to come and assist me. When I finally decided to buy land he told me I was always welcome back and even gave me a refund of my unpaid rent. Always the business man yet very friendly.
I have an idea for a way of providing employment opportunities in SL which I am currently developing and will be annoucing soon. He provide some great materials, hints, and advice. This was after I have left his land and had bought more land. I speak very highly of Prokofy Neva. |

hehe well actually Id vote to let Prok back on the forums.
But would limite him to like 1000 words a day =p Until he learned to be concise. One of the huge problems was Prok wrote SO MANY words, he was guaranteed to offend someone. |

How is it you all think so little of him? well ... Once upon a time ... Prok was the most infamous forum troll that ever existed in Second Life. A forum war of sorts took place. Prok breached some rules .. is no longer on the forums.. The End. I disagreed with Prok on several things - one big one was holding people accountable IN GAME for what they said on the forums , (he beleived in neg rating people for arguing with him too strongly) But then again - things were very lively here - AND THE WORD COUNT WAS HUGE - when prok was around. |

Why are people so threatened by an opposing, or even perceived unfriendly point of view. It's shameful that Prok has been banned on the forums. Some may not like Prok's message, or method of delivery, but censorship by banning, and shunning, was not the way to address that.

He was thoroughly pleasant. How is it you all think so little of him? Just listen to the end of the podcast. Johnny Ming had to litterally cut him off. I've never met the guy and I don't like to profile people but first impressions do count and he comes to off like a pompous, self-satisfisfying, egotist to me. Even if he's not, a sensible person doesn't have to raise their voice or interrupt other people to better their argument. |
