I guess now is a bad time to reveal my secret crush on you Robin. You have always been my favorite Linden, hands down. I've kept tabs on you over the years and I seriously doubt many are aware just how active a voice you have been for the community. Always approachable and supportive. Enough blabbering. Despite any disagreements we've had, you always treated me and everyone else fairly, always demonstrating that you are a class act. It will be sad to see you go.

Anyway, I fully expect to see Taliesin come by the Isle of Wyrms for a visit sometime!

Few can remember them now, the Linden Town Hall meetings at the corners of four sims, open to every resident of the land. Such tales seem tall now...

But like the wand of Starax or the CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + H hippos, they faded from memory and became the yarns of legend...

Wow, Robin ... you've been an extraordinary voice for usability and community as well as business for Second Life. It's sad to see you move on, and you leave big, shiny shoes to fill in your absence. I'm sure wherever you end up, it will be a wonderful experience for you and those you work with.

I still remember SL Views at SLCC (San Fran).. what an awesome opportunity that was!

I think Robin was the first Linden I ever met. And she gave me my first Linden Bear.

Seeing well wishes from so diverse a crowd - from Marianne to Stroker to Desmond, which is about as diverse as it gets - is telling. If you take nothing else from your experiences at LL, this is worth remembering. You work has touched so many people over the years.
