From: Winter Ventura I only contacted them to tell them that their group liabilities process was broken. He said "no one else is reporting this".
PLEASE if you experienced this, PLEASE file a support ticket about it! Group liabilities has been broken for well over a year. For a long long time the Cartel was not charged for the weekly ad fee, well the members weren't charged the bill was added to our account over and over. I sent several requests to LL to get it fixed, they never replied. Other people have done the same. I don't know if it is fixed or not at the moment.

I was charged a $1L Group Liability for three different groups which never charged me before. $2L of that has been since returned by LL; $1L outstanding. Thanks for the heads up on the group preferences reverting. I will check that when I get home on our own groups. WOOOHOOO for LL!! Grrrr.

I got a correction yesterday for both the L$1 charges from last week (and no additional charges after that), though since one was for the Forum Cartel group, that one should not have been a mistake. Hell, LL cannot even correct their mistakes right.

Well, my ticket was just closed by Nicole Linden saying that it was a search fee. Despite my documenting in the ticket that it was NOT a search fee. I pointed her to this thread when I reopened it.

this week they didn't charge me they just short changed me on a group disbursement.
Obviously there's some fixation with 1L
I opened another ticket since this is slightly different. They appear to be ignoring it though - just like the last one.
