Group Land 1 linden charge error?

Anyone get charged a mystery 1 linden for Group land? We did

What is this? Note: this is in addition to parcel listings and is a separate charge.

How many members in the group? Could it be the allocation of the L$30 monthly search fee?

Nope, it has its own line and the parcel listing fees are fine.

That's almost certainly the search fee. This is separate from classifieds. Get the group owner to limit the group liabilities and dividends to officers or owners (look in the Roles and Abilities tab).

The group you are in has "share group liabilities" active, which means all group members get charged a proportion of the fees against that group. Usually for Classified listings. Contact the group owner and have them change it or leave the group (or just put up with it.)

had this as well today, as have other i have spoken with. The usual group liabilities went out yesterday at 7L$ for each of the 4 owners, have had an additional 1L$ each go out today from my own group and others which i do not even get charged from usually....one of them was the forum cartel, have never had a group liability charge from them before

This is a separate charge and in addition to the usual search fees.

I own the group along with hubby. It is our land owning group. This fee is separate from any and all classified/.search listing usual fees.

You're right, this is an additional charge, no explanation. Only effected one of my groups that has an entry in search. I'm going to open a ticket on it.

Everyone in the Liome Resort group got charged L$1 last month and that group has not been active in over a year...nothing bought or sold, no ads placed, no listings in search etc.

I think LL were having a whip round with the extra charges today

I got it too, a normal charge for the group liability on 3 groups on July 7th and now another L$1 charge for all 3 of the groups again on July 8.

Could a Linden be skimming?

Something to note: Avalon Lagoon's group owned land is rented, and got the charge. Coonspiracy's group owned land is mainland, and didn't.

It was our mainland holding group that was charged today as well.

I got the charge on my mainland group as well as two private island groups that I belong to.

lol but the only group of mine that has been hit with the charge was the one that owns ye olde porno shoppe on zindra..

makes a change from having it in my purse I suppose.

OK, so there's no relationship between whether it's mainland or estate land. I got charged for estate, Lord S got charged for mainland, and ArchTx got both.

Ontopic, I also received a 1 linden charge from a group that shouldn't have. Naughty!

I don't think there's any rhyme or reason. I have 3 mainland owning groups and only one was hit and it only took from the owners but not any of the rest of the group. (which is as it should be since it's only the owners that are responsible)

The charge for the Forum Cartel is because it randomly hits 30 members each time and we have hundreds.
