not just no, but hell no. PETA is full if extremists, wack jobs, and hypocrites.
I love animals and hate to see them mistreated or abused. But, I also love to *EAT* animals. I love having my pets. I think my fish are perfectly happy in their self sustaining environment, as evidenced by their age. Some of the fish in my tanks are pushing 10 years. My dogs and cats are very happy and well treated, well fed, and living healthy happy lives. I have a bug zapper. I swat flies. I kill mosquitoes. I enjoy hanging out with the family at the lake and even doing a little fishing now and then. I own leather jackets. My car's interior is leather. PETA? No thanks. Top of the food chain here, so suck it. |

Well what he killed might have been a brilliant but eccentric scientist whose matter transmission experiment went a bit wrong due to the presence of a fly in one of the telepods. That's because the president killed a fly during a national television interview this week. The fly started buzzing around the president's head Tuesday during an interview with CNBC's John Harwood. At first the president tried to ignore the fly, then he gave the insect a presidential order: "Get out of here." The fly didn't obey. So when it landed on his left hand, the president smacked it hard with his right, and the fly fell dead to the floor. Obama continued his interview, saying, "Now where were we?" When the interview was over, the president picked the fly off the floor with a tissue. _____________________
