Are you going to buy Zindra land?

True Statement. Some of us lurk and read a lot without ever making a statement or posting an opinion. I may have berated him but I just posted my own opinion after reading many of his posts here and elsewhere. He has send me a private msg. here that he is gone now because i pushed him over the edge. LOL. Oh well. Was never my intention. My intention was never to do that. I just stated what he knows is true in his heart.
Whenever I hear people say that all land dealers are just flippers, get rich quick, yes it bothers me because I have people near and dear to me that buy and sell land and are quite good at it. And no, they do not try to cheat people. They play fair market. Is not easy to take an entire sim and cut it up into parts that people can buy. There are so many factors in selling land. Is unfair for him to make such statements as he does at times. Some land is rock, some if on a mountain. You cannot price all land at same level. It depends on area, and how the land is. You get what you pay for. Prices cannot be based on all same criteria. Anyways, didn't mean to hurt your feelings Raymond Figtree. But I speak my mind at times, albeit rarely.

I went and looked at Zindra yesterday, and what you say is exactly what has happened. Everyone predicted this, and Linden contributed by their unfair way of distributing free swaps. Zindra is way overpriced because of how it was supplied and the pressure the Linden exerted for adult content.

I've been bouncing in and out of Zindra checking prices and seeing what's been moving. Over the last week, the only things I've seen sell are below $L8 per sqm. Not saying higher prices haven't been bought, but just in the stuff I had looked and and went back to look again only the sub 8 stuff has gone off the market.. all the more expensive stuff is still out there.
