Either way its common fetish and entire porn industry is created around Shemales. Reality is Gay Men and Women don't go surgically alter themselves and use hormones to look like the other gender unless they are either born that way or Transsexual.

Truthfully when I really think about sex organs and what they do I have come up with one no one has given me the answer to, "Why would anyone want either?"
The only answer is they are very attached to certain organs in their virtual lives for some odd reason that I don't quite get personally 99% of time.
We don't need butts here either we don't have to use the bathroom or sit but everyone gotten adjusted to humans having butts.
