I like my SAW M249. Chops avitars in half.
I also like BANNING - sends troublesome avitars who dont believe you will use it into outer space. Still the best weapon I know. My ex could use freeze to great effect, then shoot the offender. Once an avitar left his running shoes on our roof as he went flying off. I laughed for an hour in real.

I have tonnes of weapons but I don't really use them anymore. On my own land I'm pretty much invincible with "legit" powers of ban/eject/freeze.
If I'm around and about, a sit usually suffices. And then look annoying and tolerant....they get bored quickly.
If I'm feeling particularly mean to a noob with a gun, I send him/her a landmark to Rausch which I've renamed "Battle Arena - shoot all you can". Since Rausch is a combat zone, it's perfectly ok for them to play...however they get a nasty shock when they poke at someone with their twig-bow-and-arrow compared to the gizmos the combat-freaks have there XD
Sometimes I just sense they're bored. I've even talked some of them out of it.
At the end of the day, you use your wits and the tools you have....it's not necessary to blast them back and break ToS yourself in most cases.

I scripted something to blind someone when they enter mouselook... Nothing else has done as well at making me feel like I have "owned" a griefer:  Apparently, it made this guy cage himself repeatedly... surely that counts as ownage XD |
