Did you know that if you're very careful, you can "shave" your legs with scissors? No really, you can...cutting each hair in a snip snip snip - kind of quickly with the scissoring action. It's a little long to do but my leg is just as smooth as if I used a razor...FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LET ME BACK IN THE GAME!!!!!!!

I'm at a point where my time is really limited until the middle of January for a variety of reasons, so when I get a chance to get on and have some fun, I jump at it - then when SL decides to not cooperate, I want to beat my head against the desk.

The rolling restart has kicked off slightly behind schedule, and is running now.

Last night we experienced an intermittent inventory database failure. The database recovered but needs maintenance. This requires us to log out a small number of Residents using that database for a short period of time (30 minutes)
I have spent an hour unable to log onto my home region, random other regions I can log into leave me with no inventory, and sometimes no visible avatar (sort of mouselook without the navigation.)
So pretty much as predicted then...
