I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm about to get a serious case of Tourette syndrome if we don't get an update/open log-ins soon..... [12:15 PM Pacific on 08/08/07] We are experiencing issues with Concierge and Billing phone numbers at this time. You may experience issues reaching our personnel or experience extended wait times. Well in 2 hours they managed to... um...

I guess in about 30 minutes grandma will disappear due to rezzing issues and in an hour who knows what can happen. Anything is possible  |

Hehehe...I got an e-mail from a friend trying to log in, said she'd seen that only staff were allowed on! And there I was building away as normal! Hahahaha!
20 minutes later the sim went down. Gutted. Now it's time to ride the forums instead. |

Whats betting that everything will be back online in about 3 hours, just in time fr those US players to have gotten home from work, had their evening meal and turn on the computer....
For some reason its always the UK/Europe evening time when SL goes down! |

For some reason its always the UK/Europe evening time when SL goes down! That's because UK/Europe evening time is when all the Lindens are working. It seem best when they keep their hands out of it. Maybe they should all take a week off and we can have some uninterrupted time on SL. |

Same here Katie, damn why isn't there any redudancy in this system, if a co-location is down, reroute logins to the other site! ... 3 hours downtime is ridiculous, I know if I operated on that time frame I would be out of a job.

What;'s the betting that when it does come back on line. we only get a couple of hours decent play before things start going wrong yet again.!!!
For some reason I'm losing patience with these Lindens when these problems are happening all the time. Don't forget last time it took them over 3 days to sort it out !!! |

The Concierge and Billing phone numbers have now returned to service. The ops team continues to work to re-enable our network access. As soon as they are able to, logins will be restored and we will update here. Thank you. I can call them now, using way too much money, but I would get to ask them if they have my Gir and where did they put the cookie jar>:I EDIT: that took exactly an hour between drop-down and coming back up. Following the pattern here... um 2 more hours! I feel for you people. I know the feeling of doing rl stuff and finally getting rest and sitting down to find stuff offline  |

I've done that too many times during the last few weeks. I've given up trying. I just log when they say they're online which btw isn't always the case lol.
